Men's Swimming - NCAA Championships, Day One
Michigan has the following in tonight's finals:
One in championship final in 200 Free Relay
One in championship final in 500 free (Anders Nielsen)
One in championship final in 200 IM (Dylan Bosch)
Two in championship final in 50 free (Bruno Ortiz and Paul Powers)
One in championship final in 400 medley relay

From the qualifiers this morning, it looks like California, Florida, Michigan and Texas will be the top 4 (in some order) after today's events.
Texas seems to be the strongest, at this point.
Michigan claims seventh in the 200 free relay. Winner is Texas, after NC State got DQ'd (who had finished first).
Anders Nielsen fourth in 500 free!!!
Sixth for Dylan Bosch in the 200 IM. Dude from Stanford set an American record.
Seventh and eighth for U-M in 50 free. The guy who won, who is 18, did a 18.67 - sick.

Michigan takes fourth in the 400 medley relay - we lie in fourth place after tonight.
Texas, Cal and Florida ahead of us.

Texas wins 3 of the 6 events, including both relays. It will be difficult for anybody to beat that over the next two days. Michigan solidly in 4th and not too far behind #3 Florida.
