Some very minimally soothing balm from the weekend. Matt Vogrich commits to U-M basketball over ND and Stanford. A top 100-150 SG, he makes the second top 100-150 player in the '09 class and is a nice "late" pick up for that recruiting class:

I take it as my personal responsibility to keep the MGoBlogosphere up-to-date on the latest 3.5 * basketball recruits. If U-M beats Cornell and Princeton for 2 * Will Barrett, expect a full write up.
I wish the first part of that last sentence was a joke.

...I would prefer to hold the schollie for Brandt or wait until 2010. However, that's easy for me to say when I don't have to worry about the pressing concern of front court depth. FWIW, ESPN is very high on Barrett, so maybe they see what Beilein's seeing.
EDIT: I was looking at ESPN wrong. They have Barrett in the 150-200 range.
