So I have NO DOUBT that we will have defense now, that is the defacto standard again, that is what we will be year in year out, regardless of the names and the jersey numbers. That is the standard we will build on, that we will not, we won't go backwards, that is what Michigan's program needed to have, and now does."

Until the Great Depression Of Michigan Football struck we had 40 years of reloading a great O-line pretty much continually. Always great receivers who were good/great blockers too. Almost always great tight ends. A long string of great QB's. Defense constantly good to great almost always. It's back!
