M Swim finishes 3rd in the nation, brings home more hardware
#5 Michigan Men's Swimming & Diving finished their season tonight at the NCAA Championships with a 3rd place finish, bringing home an NCAA team trophy for the 3rd straight season after winning the 2013 NCAA National Championship and finishing in 4th place last year at the NCAA Championships.
The Wolverines scored 312 points. Texas wound up winning the national championship, a team Michigan beat back in October.
Michigan went 10-0 overall and 6-0 against B1G teams for their FOURTH straight perfect season and won their 5th straight B1G Championship a few weeks ago. This senior class has also had a top-5 finish at the NCAA Championships every single season they have been at Michigan
The senior class leaves Michigan with a record of 36-0 and 22-0 against B1G teams, with a National Championship and 4 B1G Championships.

With Wolverines receiving All-American honors 28 times this season, Michigan now has 616 NCAA All-Americans, all-time.
10 Wolverines collected a combined 28 NCAA All-American honors. Bruno Ortiz led Michigan with 6.
