L.J. Scott arrested for driving on a suspended license. (7th time's a charm!)

It takes quite a suspension of disbelief to not think Mork was not only aware, but fully aware of 6 previous charges of driving while suspended or without a license in less than 2 years!!! Holy looking the other way Batman! Cow College is out of date, it's time to recognize them as a crime factory!
