Latest on NCAA coming to NHL '11

Just talked to one of the big dogs at EA sports. Asked him if they will be able to get the NCAA into NHL '11 (release for the game is just around the corner). He told me EA is still trying to make it happen. They already have the game set up and functioning with the college teams and rosters (obviously player names are redacted). But whether this setup will make it to the big release, is not a sure thing yet. It was welcome news for me, since I haven't heard anything about it in months. I thought maybe they had given up on the idea. He says it's a pretty common thing to have a lot up in the air, right before a release. So maybe we will get a chance to fly down the wing with Hagelin in Yost after all.

I'd even settle for only being able to play in NHL arenas at this point. Just pretty please let the teams make it into the game. Beating up on MSU at Joe Louis is just as real and common as beating them up at Yost (Or Munn for everyone who was at the CCHA playoff last year =D ).

It would be my guess that, if it were by some longshot included, it would be done to the max.

I'm talking everything from Yost to the SDC... it'll be in. But it won't be, sadly.

it makes sense to add it in at the last moment. I am assuming this is is just model. skin additions, and roster additions. Game engine changes is what takes up the majority of programming efforts.
