Kinda OT : Vol Complaint

I don't know how many people went and read the blog post by Clay Travis that Brian posted beneath the Youtube 97' Highlights. Judging by some of the comments on there I say some of you might have read it. Well I am here to give you the chance to exploit this UT homer on his own radio show. His show here in Tennessee begins at 7pm Cen. or 8pm est. time. It can be heard on 1045thezone.com. More importantly, if any of you would love to join me in calling out this man on his own show, with some of his Berry's Sophomore year was better than Woodson's Heisman year crap, or even more Manning to Woodson that year crap, please feel free to join me. The numbers to call in are.... 1-615-737-1045 Toll Free @ 1-866-492-zone (9663) Here also is the link to his page on the website with his e-mail.. http://www.1045thezone.com/sectional.asp?id=31243 Have at him boys, we need all the Woodson and Michigan support we can get in this Orange prison jumpsuit state. When they ask what you want to talk to Clay about, just say Eric Berry and Heisman, you are a lock to get through. Mention Woodson in the same breath with Heisman, Berry or Manning, you WILL be hung up on. They don't like to be wrong here. EDIT: I apologize gentlemen, it looks like his worthless show is only on Tuesday nights from 7-9pm Cen. time. At least fill his e-mail box up with FACTS, and next Tuesday I will let him have it, still feel free to join me then if you like.

with engaging with this guy's argument. IT IS OVER. Woodson won the Heisman. Berry is good. But he needs to win a national title to win the Heisman this year. Why do we need to argue anyone on this? Michigan wins. Clay Travis loses. He needs to move on. We don't need to justify his pathetic argument by engaging him in an argument he cannot win.

Tennessee fans forget about the game clinching pick six that Manning threw against the Florida Gators. Otherwise they could have been playing for a National Championship as well.

I would love to line up the Vols as a non-conference game. There is so much animosity already with the Woodson Heisman, Stadium Size I think it would be a great non-conference rivalry.

I decided to look up some Eric Berry stats anyways, and came up with: His 7 interceptions in 2008 were against: UCLA, UAB, Northern Illinois, Georgia, Mississippi State, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt. Besides Georgia, every other team was below average passing-wise. Also, those teams threw a total of 110 interceptions in 2008. So, he performed well against the below-average team, and average against the good teams. Maybe if he had some INTs against Florida or LSU, he would have gotten more love.
