Before calling somebody out...
1) Look at the upload date
2) Look at/listen to the material
There are enough people who get over-excited about actual old news being re-posted already. If anything, the post title should just be changed to "Jack Kennedy Lays Down a New Track" or something.
Props to them, by the way. I enjoy listening to their stuff.

I saw that Jack Kennedy is doing a show at the Blind Pig pretty soon. Not sure if I'll make it, but it should be interesting.
