HS All Star Game practice talk
We have a good amount of players playing in the all star games this week. UA is Thursday and Army game is Saturday.
After watching this short clip, my hype for Mazi Smith went up.

I'm sure he has some bad weight, but this dude is seriously built, and strong. So happy he's enrolling early, don't see anyway he's not in the 2 deep in spring ball and maybe starting by mid season.

Mazi Smith, Trente Jones, Nolan Rumler, Quinten Johnson, Anthony Solomon, and Zach Charbonnet(not playing due to minor injury)
Army All American game participants:
Chris Hinton, Cornelius Johnson and Dax Hill

Adam Ghabour is a good follow for this type of stuff. He’s down at the UA game has said really good things about Trente Jones, Mazi Smith and Quinten Johnson. I’ve also saw a few tweets from others that Nolan Rumler needs to work on pass pro, but he’s a mauler in the run game.

Still waiting for the day a true freshman comes to Michigan and makes an immediate and lasting impact.
Clemson's freshman QB has done that. Rare, but quite the feat.

Dax, Zach, mazi, and Giles would be good bets. Just relax, next season gonna be better than this past one. (Assuming Harbaugh hires a full time OC)

I would love to see Giles make an impact....but that assumption of Harbaugh hiring a fulltime OC is not one I believe will happen so I worry that Giles will come into the game and EVERYONE will know that it's going to be a jet sweep. He'll get a 3 yard gain out of what should have been a 5 yard loss considering the defense knew what was happening. We'll see it 6 times during the season. It's the McDoom effect.

Yea that's what I fear. Although I think this recruiting class may have foreshadowed a little what Harbaugh wants to run or is opening to run. U don't take Giles and sainristil to have them ride the pine. I'm hoping he looks himself in the mirror and makes some major offensive philosophy changes.

A lot of hype about Mazi Smith and Trente Jones. Chris Hinton, Quinten Johnson, and Cornelius Johnson have also apparently played well
