How do we not have a Friday Night Drinking thread!?

Submitted by Teach_Coach_GoBlue on June 19th, 2020 at 10:42 PM

Sitting on my deck, enjoying a glass of Blantons, listening to the blues/bullfrogs in my pond and reading "Breaking down your offensive opponent " to try and gain some insight on how other coaches prepare during the week. Heading down to spend time with my dad tomorrow cutting wood and fishing. What's in everyone's glass tonight and what are your plans this weekend?

God Bless America .  Work hard. Follow the rules. Free because it is not free.  Thank you to all that serve so we can do this.

I'm going to bed after having the following beers today

-two hearted

-diabolical fruit ipa

-pog o licious IPA

-tall boy labatt x2

-lager of the lakes x3

Oddside citra radler (gross)

In other news, the back nine at Inkster valley kicked my ass today in golf (either that or several beers might be detrimental to golf scores, not sure).

Sounds like a nice, peaceful night at your home!
Just sat down after whipping up some apple bourbon baked beans to go with the Brat tub tomorrow to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday.

Sippin’ on a Switchback IPA and trying to wrap my head around how quickly a year can pass.

Cheers! ?

Sitting on the porch.  Nice night outside Cleveland (Fuck Ohio).

Oberon, Thirsty Dog Blood Orange, of course some PBR, but if my offer is accepted on this house tomorrow, it’s gonna be a shit show after my wife and I finish this 18 holes at Manakiki.

Tomorrow night will be a blur of some 18 year Oban and smiles ... oh and PBR

Bought a Larceny this evening. But right now have the penultimate peg of a Glen Moray 12 yr that I got on my 40th. One more peg. May be tomorrow.

Salud!

Celebrated Fathers Day early with my young adult kids. Bought a whole Prime beef tenderloin at Costco, sliced it up, cooked filets using a Wall Street Journal recipe for steak frites. Washed it down with a great bottle of Paradigm Cabernet. Chocolate chip cookies and ice cream for dessert. All quite decadent.

My kids give me a little faith in this very screwed up world. They’re beginning to carry the torch to a better place.

The best part of waking up,  is Folgers in your cup.

Last night I was trying to decide what my Father's Day gift should be. Woodford Reserve or Buffalo Trace. So I got both. Not sure what I like best yet. I will do more sampling tonight.
