Help finding a download of the M-NW game from this past season

Hi everyone! A close friend of mine (who doesn't have enough points to start a thread) makes some really good Michigan football highlight videos (for example the one linked in this post).  He's at work making videos for various players for the 2018 season.  Unfortunately, he has managed to find a way to download every game from this past season except the Michigan - Northwestern game.  If he's unable to download that game, all of his videos will end up incomplete.  Obviously, we've already looked a bunch of places and come up with nothing.  If anyone knows of a place to download that game, it would be greatly appreciated.  Frequently this board is able to offer a wealth of information so hopefully someone can help out here.  Thanks so much.  Go Blue!
