GRIII Update with the Pacers
Saw this article posted, and figured I'd pass it along. Pretty good read about Glenn Robinson III and his background. The Pacers signed him to a 3 year deal (1.5 yrs guaranteed) and he has been doing well so far this preseason. Nice to hear some positive stuff about him after his rookie year. Being a Pacers fan as well makes this even better. Hoping this will be a good roster/situation for him to continue developing and hopefully contribute.
Through the 5 preseason games, he's averaging 23 minutes, 11.2 points, 4.6 reb, and shooting 56% (54% from 3, but only on 12 shots). I was pleasantly surprised to see how well he's played so far, and the quotes from the teammates are good as well.

This is cool to hear, thanks for sharing. You go GRIII, you old pogo-stick, you.

Looking forward to watching him this year. He will help uphold a proud Pacers tradition of being nowhere near good enough to make noise in the playoffs, but not bad enough to get a gamechanger in the draft.

I only care about how our former players do. The rest of the NBA can fade into irrelevance.

It's actually 13 shots. He is 7 for 13 from 3pt and leading the team (53.8%).

That's what I meant to say. Thanks! Math is hard sometimes.

I'm happy he's finding his way in the NBA. I'll admit that I didn't expect him to stick in the league.
