Football and friendship bond Michigan's Jourdan Lewis and the Vasher twins
Nice article about Jourdan Lewis's friendship with the Vasher twins. Great football player, even better human being. Link: http://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/18108091/michigan-wolve…

Very cool and moving story indeed.
I agree with CRISPed in the DIAG, Lewis seems to me to be one of the next "Michigan Men" in that sense that not only will he excel on the field, but he'll bring the experiences and the lessons learned in Ann Arbor to whatever he may pursue and do some great work off the field as well. His career is another one that I am sure many of us will follow as he leaves.

While there are always fluff articles out there about athletes, it seems that this Michigan team has a bunch of guys who are leaders on the field and really kind off the field.
I don't want to directly crap on any of the names that have come through the program before, but there were some stories of entitlement, scandal, and bafoonery about the prior "leadership" on recent UM teams.
It seems like this group really leads by example, and it should make us proud of the character we get to witness.

Wow man - JD is something special. Honored to have watched him play and so proud of what he has done off the field. He is about as fine a young man as I have seen.
