Illni just got a win over the Boilers on the road. This is a big deal, it means that the Big 10 is very deep. If we are gona make any noise in the NCAA, we are going to have to go through some serious adversity on the way. This team needs to grow up and fast.

Purdue played poorly and still had a chance to win in regulation. The ILL did a nice job stealing a road win, but Michigan can/should be able to handle the Illini on 1/4 based on resumes/homecourt. So far, LLP >>> alex Legion as a transfer.
Wisconsin is a brutal road opener and I'd like to see Grady and LLP playing liberally to boost the tempo with a green light for the better shooters all game. Very compelling 1st game with Beilein matching wits with Ryan.
The parity of the league is the only way we don't get to the NCAAs, yet as a survivor the team has a chance to do damage come march. So, live for today Wolverines and Badgers La Ment.

bball conference. it was getting a little depressing the last few years. i like it when the illini are good, too. had a big soft spot for the dee brown-deron williams-luther head team and the tastefully named brian cook teams as well.
