Courtney Sims - NBDL Player of the Month for December
He averaged 24 and 13 in December and seems likely to get a call-up to the Suns. I can say that I did not see that coming.

Kind of an indictment of Amaker, eh? Sims hardly improved from Freshman to Senior, but is apparently getting better in the D league. Lets see what he has for the pros.

always seemed so timid in the low post. He was much more comfortable away from the basket. Amaker really had to get in his face to get him to grind and rebound.

I wouldn't really consider Amaker good at identifying how to best use his players. Glad to know that Sims is doing well for himself.
