Is charcoal grilling allowed on the UM Golf Course?

Ok, n00b alert.  I have been to a few games in my life but I am an out-of-towner coming in for the Iowa game and am out of touch with the tailgating rules in AA.  I was just reading over the parking lot restrictions on MGoBlue and it said:

"Because of their inherent safety risks, unauthorized use of wood /charcoal grills, or other solid fuel burning heating type devices (i.e., portable fireplaces) is not permitted on university property."

Does that mean I can not use a small charcoal grill for tailgating on the UM Golf Course?

Does everyone use propane grills?
