2.Florida State
3.Florida
4.Nebraska
5.Virginia Tech
6.Oregon
7.Oklahoma

10.Georgia,
Michgan comes in at 16th, behind Whisky who is at 11th.
So when folks claim "Michigan hasn't been relevant in 25 years" , they are actually correct. This was quite surprising.
