Bo's death vs Woody's death
Someone asked in the thread in the diaries what OSU did after Woody died. Here's what i found out:
We said Michigan is 12-13 in 25 games since Bo died. Ohio State was 12-11-2 in their 25 games after Woody died. They also lost game 26 to go to 12-12-2. IF (and i know, don't assume anything this year, but just for argument) Michigan beats NW, we'd be 13-13 after Bo. Virtually identical in that a win over NW would mean we took OSU's 2 ties and split them evenly with wins and losses. Since I've never looked that up before, that is truly stunning to me.

Good work doing that research. I knew that in '88 OSU had a rogue losing season, but the identical records part is kinda' eerie.

And, Sheridan used to = DEATH. But then he didn't. So, I suppose Michigan will be successful from here on out.
