Baseball Coach Maloney on Leadership/Mentoring

Rich Maloney was interviewed by Jim Meier of VoiceAmerica.com, and internet/radio talk channel, for a podcast titled "Mentoring is Job 1 for U. of Michigan’s Head Baseball Coach". It's kind of long at 55 minutes, and like any talks about mentoring, it can get mushy, repetitive, and, at least in my opinion, boring. But if your into that kind of stuff, it's out there. Rich does a great job fostering the baseball players and has been one of the best hires by the athletic department over the last 10 years.
