Antonio Kinard on Track to be Eligible

In an article posted on scout, Antonio Kinard said that he is in good standing in terms of his core and his ACT. He now just needs to pass the Ohio Graduate Test. He said he takes the exam in Mid-February and will be meeting tutors everyday until he takes it. He is determined to make it to Michigan.

I like to see that he is really busting his ass for this... I can only imagine how much he'll work when he is doing it for Wolverine Football instead of the dumb Ohio Graduate Test....

...hopefully he realizes that graduating from high school and passing all of these tests is just the tip of the iceberg. You have to work twice as hard once you get into Michigan to get that GPA up and maintain it. Seems like he has the drive though.

I completely agree. If the kid has the work ethic to slog through daily tutoring, he should be ready for both Wolverine Football and Wolverine Academics. Good luck Antonio!

Don't even start trying to defend that this isn't a low blow to Drake "Good work. Scheduling the ACT is half the battle, just ask Tony Drake." I meant to reply to that comment and up until now I thought I had. My comment had nothing to do with Kinard and him being on track to be eligible. I'm happy he's on track to make it to campus, but am sick of people making negative remarks toward drake.
