Alumni Association-sponsored tailgates
Interested to hear past experiences at U-M Alumni Association-sponsored tailgates for bowl games. What’s the turnout/atmosphere been for those who have attended? I’m considering buying a ticket for the orange bowl tailgate since I’m heading down there solo

Also interested to know if there are other good traveling tailgates to check out. Does WTKA put something on for bowl games?

Food as you would expect when preparing burgers etc for a big crowd. Under tents or in a building with lots of tables and chairs. Usually speakers to rally the crowd ( former players and coaches). Might be T-shirt give aways. Cheerleaders and marching band usually stop by. If you are going to the game alone you will probably enjoy gathering with M fans from all over the country. You want the Alumni VIP tailgates- they have good food, free drink and usually some former Michigan Player such as Marlin who attend-
