Adios, Michigan monkey

PSU ends its nine-game losing streak to the Wolverines. This was the caption of my Newspaper here in Reading,Pa.  The only thing that sucks more than watching my team get beat is having to read about it Sunday morning.  I went to the game and must say that the PSU Fans were alittle more than concerned going into half time.  Even though PSU scored just before the first half ended , I felt the the turning point of the game was that holding call in the early part of the 3rd qtr that kept Michigan from a first down out near the 30yd line.  When PSU got the ball back and had like 3rd and 15?, Donovan Warren was so far off the reciever that  he had an easy first down and PSU never looked back.  Threet was obviously hurt as he had about 6 trainers working on him. Michigan's defensive secondary was more concerned about losing the game than they were winning it.  Playing Minor was a good coaching decision.  I suppose if Threet remains injured, we should expect to see the M&M backfield alot.  Having watched Michigan go thru this transition season, the defensive secondary is almost as much of a concern as is who will be playing qb.  To watch this Michigan Team out play #3 PSU in Beaver Stadium for the first half was worth going to the game.  Go Blue-
