Abdur-Rahkman's NBA dreams hit a snag after foot injury
Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman has been sidelined by a foot injury while preparing for a professional career. He was working out on his own, getting ready for the upcoming draft, landed wrong, and broke a bone in his foot, which required surgery.
He's got 3 to 4 months before he can return to basketball activities.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Rahk.
A tough road just got a whole lot tougher for him. The timing of this could not possibly be worse - hope he recovers fully and I really hope he's made plans for a career that doesnt involve basketball cause my guess is, he's going to need it.
Really tough luck. Here's to a full recovery so he can get back on the court soon, wherever it be.
I think he could have a nice career in Europe or the G-league, but the NBA will be a tough tough road. Regardless he should make some dough.
That sucks. I hope he recovers and gets a chance to show what he can do somewhere.
That's a shame. Wishing MAAR a complete and speedy recovery!
Best wishes for a full recovery and opportunity for him to continue to impress both on and off the basketball court.
