Osu was in great position to win the national title - and then we did that to them, and now they don’t even get to play for the B1G championship, let alone the national championship. What a win!!!

This will always be the team "THAT BROUGHT MICHIGAN BACK".   We've some good teams and special players, but this team makes me feel like we are back in the glory days of Michigan football.

If the season plays out this way (Michigan has to earn it first), all things considered a playoff matchup with Cinci is about as good of a draw as you can ask for. Make no mistake, Cincinnati is a good football team. But considering it would probably be Alabama in that spot if it's not Cincinnati, this matchup looks like the best draw possible for Michigan.

I would be confident, but not dismissive playing Cinci. Oklahoma State honestly looks like it would be round 2 with Ohio State. They are playing really good football right now.

There's no way I'm counting Alabama out next week against Georgia. Underestimate Nick Saban in a big game? Shya right.

This could happen:

1) Michigan 12-1

2) Alabama 12-1

3) Georgia 12-1

4) Oklahoma St 12-1

But then, I'm not a big believer in Bryce Young. So....

Maybe Cade McNamara would have been starter there this year if he had gone with Alabama instead of Michigan. That'd be a whole different game.

Pretty sure the SEC champ will be #1. If it's UGA then we could be #2, if it's Bama, then we might be behind them and UGA both (if we win next week obviously). And we would play UGA

Best case scenario is for UGA to eliminate Bama, we win the B1G for #2, OK state loses to Baylor and drops out, then we would get #3 Cinci

Michigan needs to take care of Iowa to make this all happen, but I also think there's a bit too much already written about Georgia being a shoo-in considering we just saw the nation's #1 offense by a mile get swamped by Michigan, so assuming the #1 defense is just going to crush a very talented Alabama team isn't a given.

But it's amazing to be going into December with UM's fate not yet sealed in terms of playoff competition.
