2016 Starters for UM

Can somebody give a idea of how they see the UM team looking next year ? I'm not certain but read that 18 of the starters this year are seniors. What does that mean for 2016, based on your current roster and recruits, do you see next years team as taking a step back in talent or about the same?? Also who is the expected starting QB ?
