More ND Nation delusion

Apparently the fact that Slocum isn't qualified yet means there was "zero mutual interest" between ND and Slocum. Because I'm sure ND would have turned up its nose at a near five-star DT because he still needs to take a test. Slocum has repeatedly stated that he expects to qualify, as well.
