this guy evidently hired to work for AD
Good evening everyone.
Please find the below links to tonights Strikeforce action which includes 3 fights that involve women. This action is also being aired live on Showtime/Showtime extreme.
I got Rousey for the main event the only reason is because I would love her to make me tapout.
Good evening MGOUFC fight fans,
Looks like a nice fight card for tonights evemt. I'm really looking forward to seeing the Tim Boetsch vs Hector Lombard fight.
Any other UFC fight fans out there? What say u?
I know the Hockey team is getting it in as we speak but is anyone watching UFC? The last fight was tough with the 2 point deduction. Any streams for the main events are appreciated.
Ufc 123 is in Detroit and Forrest Griffin wanted to stop by and see the Michigan football program up close. I'm not sure if this link will work...http://modules.ufc.com/live/
It may, if it doesn't go to UFC.com and it's the 2nd video after the weigh-in on the front page.
I watched every episode of "The Ultimate Fighter" except last night's finale. I can't believe Roy Nelson won the whole thing. That guy might be the worst athlete I've seen in the UFC. Whenever he gets a takedown, he just lays on the guy and punches him in the head repeatedly.
Meanwhile, the guy I hated most on the show was Matt Mitrione. Not only is he a pansy about training, but he's also halfway retarded. Then he had to go and beat Marcus Jones, my favorite. I never thought Jones would be a great fighter, but I would have loved to have seen him demolish Mitrione.
Did anyone watch the finale? Was it as frustrating as I imagine it was?
Overall, I think the best fighter from this season was Brendan Schaub. He's athletic and he seems to have the passion for it, unlike some of the other dopes.
Last night on TV (on VS.) the UFC light heavyweight title fight was on. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson fought against Dan Henderson. I'm somewhat new to watching the sport, but I like it a lot. I think this could grow into the next big thing. Rampage Jackson is a tank and he throws some big hooks. This guy beat Chuck Lidell twice, and I think he's here to stay as a belt contender. He's only 29 and he's in his prime. Is anybody else a fan and watch the fight?
EDIT: Also, the other fights were pretty good. I think the deaf fighter got hosed and should've beaten Bispin from England. I really like the set up of UFC with the line-up of multiple fights leading up to the big fight of the night.
