So according to this Rovell tweet, P.J. Fleck has shelled out 50K for "Row The Boat". I'm curious what the WMU Broncos think about this...all of that gear is pretty much useless now, right? I suggest a LeBron/Cleveland type apparel burning in the streets. Fire up Broncos
BREAKING: P.J. Fleck & Western Michigan have reached a deal to transfer the "Row The Boat" trademark rights to Fleck. Will cost $50,000.— Darren Rovell (@darrenrovell) February 15, 2017
Apparently Minnesota created a Gopher version of "Frogger" in anticipation of their match-up with TCU. As a gamer, the mechanics are awful, and the hitbox for the Horned Frogs and the Gopher are inconsistent. I give it a C-.
I'd like to see what they come up with for their game against Michigan, but given the wolverine's tendencies, it might be too violent for the kiddos.
You can play the game here.
Minnesota is building a new indoor practice facility for the affordable price of $70 million. Doesn't that seem like alot? How much did Glick cost?
Hoping to spark some friendly conversation reflecting on the incredible comeback in 2003 at Minnesota. Chris Perry, Braylon Edwards, John Navarre and Marion Barber, this game was a classic.
Thanks to WolverineHistorian for the video. I remember myself capitulating to Minnesota (out loud) several times that afternoon...
