07/04/2018 - 8:25pm 4200 yards and 32 TDs in…

4200 yards and 32 TDs in 2010.  Screw Cam Newton and Andrew Luck.  Denard was a boss.  And yet, I can't help but sit here and think of Ryan Mallet slinging the rock and Nard Dog toting it around...

03/04/2018 - 7:55am Ayyyyye! Put the ball through the round thing!

I was shaking my head thinking, man, this JB team staying alive with D?  That's 2 BTT games now (Iowa and MSU) that the D kept them in it.  I kept saying, CUMONG MOE!, hit a shot, put it in the basket.  Man, if he doesn't get going we in for a bumpy ride.

But Alas!  Moe has swag.  MAAR is commanding.  Simpson is LOCKDOWN! Matthews showing flashes of a lottery pick.  I like this team.

Yes, I like them very much.

12/31/2017 - 6:33pm Loss??

Loss will cause me to... read a bunch of internet hot takes placing Michigan below Rutgers in next year's Big Ten East.

OMG dying

10/27/2017 - 2:19pm 25-1?

Bold strategy Cotton, let's see how that works out!

06/22/2017 - 1:20pm Norm McDonald

Have any of those people every heard Norm McDonald or watched anything in his career?  I mean, the guy has been pretty consistent with his material this whole time.  What did they expect?  Silly kids and their feelings.

04/22/2017 - 2:31pm Name Plate

The name plate should be first name only...Iciro/Yao style

11/30/2016 - 8:07pm The 15 is not the goal line...

That would be treating the 15 yard line like the goal line.  However, the peg of a marker is probably only 1/4 the width of a field marker.  Therefore, what if the chains were at the front of the 15?  Then he isn't close.  But if they are at the base, he is over.  The ball has to cross the marker.

11/30/2016 - 8:05pm Coaches throwing stuff...

Happens everygame.  In fact, probably every game Harbs is involved in he tosses equipment.  It was laughable when they threw that flag.

11/30/2016 - 8:03pm Issues with #spotgate

My only issue with the spot of the ball isn't whether or not he "got" the first down.  It was the officials confidently spotting the ball and without thought, signaling for a first down.  In all my years of football (and close marker calls), I have never seen them not bring out the chains for something that close.  The fact that people use the, "the tip of the ball touched the line, therefore it's a first down" makes zero sense.  That would be treating the 15 yard line like the goal line.  However, the peg of a marker is probably only 1/4 the width of a field marker.  Therefore, what if the chains were at the front of the 15?  Then he isn't close.  But if they are at the base, he is over.  The refs man.  If they overturn that call, the Ohioan refs would return home to burning houses.  They made a business decision.

11/28/2016 - 6:42pm Kalis = Mauler

WHEN he can get his hands on people.  But he is easily confused/distracted by flashy blitzes.

11/28/2016 - 6:41pm What if?

Man, what if.  The football God's were not smiling down.

11/18/2016 - 11:53am That face you make when you see Darboh/Chesson streakin...

11/18/2016 - 11:37am John Beilein

He, he knows how to coach Defense (clap clap)?

10/27/2016 - 1:07pm Against the wind...

Is it wrong if the song "against the wind" by Bob Segar cues in my head?

10/11/2013 - 1:01pm Drool...

So much drool. You guys, Fitz.

09/24/2013 - 10:27pm First play

On the zone read Fitz has to maintain his "cutback awareness." If he cuts that back across the line, anything could have happened.

Baby steps and deep breaths.

09/23/2013 - 1:21pm Morgan INT

This INT was as frustrating as it was beautiful because it was similar to several INTs I have thrown on NCAA.  In real life, I really enjoyed it.

09/21/2013 - 12:32am Email

Sent. Holding down the Mgoers in SD

09/09/2013 - 3:09pm Kelly

It is bizarre that Kelly has become what he is.  I have met him on several occasions in summer camps while he was coaching at GVSU and he was always very intense.  However, he seems to have crossed the threshold from intensity to insanity.  There is a difference between that high level of motivation and taking it too far to where it is breaking your players spirit.  Tough for those ND kids with expectations.

09/09/2013 - 3:06pm ND fans are unrealistic

You want tough breaks ND?  Try and be a fucking Detroit Lions fan...

ND fans come to expect greatness year in and year out, but for what?  Aside from a couple of nationally prominent teams, they have been a 7-9 win team for 100+ years.  Accept it for what it is and get over it.

09/09/2013 - 3:02pm Steven Threet?

What's next?  Nick Sheridan!?  Say it ain't so!!!

This Gardner fella is pretty good and if said "ND fan" doesn't recognize his accomplishment than that's his loss.

Your ability to write with proper grammar is "less than impressive."

I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.

09/04/2013 - 12:56pm Has anyone in this family ever seen a chicken?!

Also, 38 - 13 HAIL!

09/03/2013 - 2:42pm Recruitin'

Be goooooooooooooood.

Me likey depth and depth wins championships.

09/01/2013 - 11:27am Lewan running routes?

This penalty was outrageous. Hey guys, let's toss the yellow hankie because that OL isn't allowed to drive his assignment greater than five yards downfield. Efff that.

Also, the overall concern for me was actually the penalties. We need to limit those mistakes once we start playing the big boys.

08/28/2013 - 10:47am Offense?

If we don't utilize him in some way shape or form on O...

I. Head. Explode.

Jabrill, so easy ummmm no one could do that.

08/20/2013 - 2:44pm 100 ways to say "Jabrill"

08/15/2013 - 2:00pm Forward pass?

Who needs to forward pass?

....SINGLE WING!!!!!!

Why not with that stable of backs?

08/14/2013 - 5:38pm 100%

08/14/2013 - 5:37pm CB

The whole "idea" of utilizing "left and right" CB's vice "field and boundry" makes sense to me.  I'm guessing it will depend on the matchup of the teams we are playing and Countess will get the #1 guy at all cost.  He will follow him to the field or boundry.  The other CB's will mix it up and be used accordingly.

08/07/2013 - 9:00pm Finally!

Now that the bullpen has settled in, they Tigers are everything we thought they would be.  And to think a majority of this run has been accomplished without Miggy and Infante.  ALAS!

08/07/2013 - 6:09pm I will state this once again...

Large lineman and a stable of backs make this guy happy.  I'm a huge fan of what Fitz has shown in the past, and with a presumably imporved line, I like his odds off carrying the ball +60% of the time.

With that being said, I can't wait to see what Green can bring to this team.  It is a whole different dynamic for a defense when a team sports a "speedy shifty guy" with a "wholy cow that guy has legs bigger than my waist."

Good luck all opposing D's.

08/06/2013 - 3:29pm E

Clearly, (E) is the answer

08/06/2013 - 3:15pm Norfleet

Sweet moves since 2012

07/24/2013 - 5:41pm So what your saying is....

this Gardner fellow is pretty good?

07/19/2013 - 2:26pm Johnny Manziel at the Manning Camp

Johnny Manziel at the Manning Camp

-Sources say he was dehydrated ;-)

07/18/2013 - 1:24pm I'm still amazed that this was flagged.

And I forgot about the greatness of this block.  Thank you sir.

07/18/2013 - 12:49pm Mr. May

Can just continue to be part of the scripted empire that is ESPN.  Let's all continue to read and pay attention to actual news.  JM may have done this and done that, but so be the fact that he is only a child (he is only 20 though, keep that in mind Mr. Hungover).

Mark May...

What Is a Gooseberry?

07/18/2013 - 12:28pm Hehe

That's extremely vidid, thank you.

07/17/2013 - 4:12pm All Hail!

Taylor Lewan.  He is a large fellow with long arms and a strong base.  I expect to see many a running back in his tow.

Large lineman make me happy.

07/15/2013 - 5:57pm OSU

In the National Championship?  We shall see what Purdue has to say about that!

07/15/2013 - 5:42pm Whaaaaa?

Hey, I just met you

And this is crazy

Here's my number

So call me maybe?

::wakes up from coma::

07/15/2013 - 2:59pm DG

I loved the idea of utilizing the uber athletic DG last year and switching him to reciever.  However, I agree with you that he isn't where he needs to be because last year was in fact a setback.  So it goes...

I'm just looking forward to watching him progress on the field and display the raw athleticism all over the B1G.

07/15/2013 - 2:55pm Manziel

First the "I hate Texas A&M" press and now the "I'm too drunk to toss a football" press?

Archie: Johnny are you drunk?

JM: No, sir.

AM: Strike a Desmond Howard...

JM: --falls down--

Also, Buggy Whip.

07/15/2013 - 1:04pm I chuckled a bit at Denicos...

Surface-to-Air Missile Denicos Allen (79 tackles, 10 TFLs, 3 sacks) will latch onto anything with a heat signal, which means on any given play he’ll either blow a guy up or run himself out of the play.

---This statement both makes me laugh and frustrates the heck outta me. He just needs to focus on the latter while playing the Wolverines.
