My father-in-law, after growing up with lonnnng Passovers he wasn't fond of, always started ours with his first question: "How long's this gonna take?"
Thanks for posting. That was long, 16 minutes, and I kept meaning to click off but, between Eisen's enthusiasm and Sainristil's thoughtful answers, I kept listening.
Congratulations to Mikey on the baby. Wishing you and your partner the best.
To elaborate on what I posted on Brian's news, maybe it was my wishful thinking but Reed always seemed a better player than the results showed. I felt as if he faltered from confusion about what to do and over-zealous effort, and not because he was a bad player.
Reed to UConn? I always felt he could play better than he was playing. His mistakes seemed less about a bad player than trying too hard and confusion what to do.
I wish these young men would stop carefully considering their futures and instead just all suddenly commit to Michigan so we not-so-young men and women could stop obsessing about their decisions.
Think of the children? Nah. Think of those of us who long ago were children!
It's like assembling houses and hotels in Monopoly, trying to get an effective assortment and hoping not to lose (have to sell) any, while trying to block others from their own effective assortment.

As the Brits say, what you lose on the swings, you gain on the roundabout.
Which is a roundabout way of saying we can't have everything.
Anway, I'll take a bad title and lotsa good commits any day.

I don't recall Meatloaf's "beating the Buckeyes" song but I didn't follow his career closely.
In any case, good for you Mr. Loaf.

Excuse me but at what time does that activity start? I may have a sick cousin to visit then.

Considering mistakes and penalties, not a bad Maize drive.
Oops, missed kit. So not a good drive.
"High steaks"!
Hi, steaks.
What does "Sack the Stigma" on Martindale's shirt mean? Last year's kerfufles or something else?
Am I happier Maize got the first down or bothered that Blue allowed it?
I never expected to be enjoying Michigan football in the spring.
So fun.
Way to hang in! Niiiice pass.
Great first series! Including passes!
Thanks for posting. This is all new to me—another reason I love this board.
We got a coach. Coaches. And we're getting a team. Feels good.

NOW what can people get upset about?
Welcome!
Hoping Enow Etta blows up, for his sake, for the sake of the team—and for crossword puzzle users.
"The reigning National Champions of college football, the Michigan Wolverines"
I love that
Black is an interesting choice for clothing. In New York City, it signals sophistication. In sports, it signals toughness.
Of course both signals have little to do with anything innate in the color but about what's fashionable.
Upvote for the title
You didn't mention that Michigan's not getting John L. Smith either.
[For those who didn't listen to today's Roundtable, that's a joke based on a flub there.]

Two thoughts:
Wow! Go, Red Wings!
A promise or a threat?
[What BluCheese wrote.]
Go, Blue!
Stay, Blue!
Will we take the OP seriously? Of course not.
In their collaborative craziness, do the bucknuts refer to ichigan state?
EDIT: While Staee fans double-check to make sure they spell ""THE" correctly?
When we get a goalie you really like, do we yell "Gooooooooal!"?

OR change to a base-9 system instead of a base-10 system, and boast that Michigan was the first to 9 hockey championships.
OR simply boast that Michigan was the first to 9 hockey championships.
OR boast how many national championships Michigan has.
OR not worry about quantity and appreciate the quality of Michigan in so many fields.
Against my better judgment, I checked out the site.
In addition to content, aesthetically it's symbolically apt: everything they see is black and white, visually and conceptually, plus red for anger.
