Tucson, AZ. Moved here for grad school initially. Been here nearly 6 years. Low cost of living, great weather from October thru April. Excellent Mexican food. The weather is brutal in the summer. Pretty much over 100 everyday from May thru September. TERRIBLE roads. One of the city’s biggest issues is the fact that it wants to maintain a “small town” vibe despite a metro population of around 1 million. The infrastructure is inadequate to support it, so driving here is a chore.
Do you know of any dual-threat type quarterbacks we are pursuing? I know Harbaugh is high on Dorian Thompson Robinson out of Bishop Gorman in the 2018 class, but have been surprised at the lack of running threats in the QBs we've pursued thus far. Not a knock on our guys at all, but Harbaugh was the one who drafted Kaepernick.
like the fact that Swenson stayed committed through all the upheavals you mention might also say something about his perception of his own abilities. Perhaps he knew he wasn't improving or wasn't a stud and thus held onto the offer for fear of not getting anything else on par. Of course, this is just me spitballing and I really don't know.
I don't feel as strongly negative about Michigan playing things this way though, since we don't know what stipulations came with the offer in the first place. Could've been contigent on reasonable improvement over time.

a while back, not all the kids have a letter to sign, so it's not an issue.

No one here in Tucson really gives a damn about Arizona football.
If they win, my dog has to wear an Ohio State collar for a week.
I like to think of us as Development U. Beilein is a wizard.
