04/25/2013 - 4:58pm Helmet

would love to see you do something like these with a helmet as the centerpiece.

01/17/2013 - 3:17pm Absolutely

Hilarious!!!

06/21/2012 - 3:48pm Went through

the same thing 4 years ago with my Lab/Pittbull mix. I'm also a hunter and ended up picking Gunner. But the two names we were down to were Gunner and Runyan. I don't know but it seemed like a cool name for a dog but since my wife didn't know who he was she voted for Gunner.

07/11/2011 - 12:29pm I really like using

the white footballs. I have 8 of them in my man cave and they're all in the clear cases. They look the best with a blue sharpie. I hava a bronze placard with the year under each one of them.

Helmets are cool but too many autographs on them look sloppy, whereas on a football, it looks pretty cool. The white footballs are like $30.

01/09/2011 - 12:54am Dude these a

are really great! Keep up the good work. You should make one for every name that's popular each day.

01/07/2011 - 1:32pm I think I heard

he turned them down because he thought taking a HC job in the B1G Ten with any team other than Michigan would ruin the chance of him ever getting his DREAM JOB.

01/05/2011 - 4:51pm Who's to say...

Hoke wouldn't put together an all-star U-M Alum coaching staff? Loeffler is available for OC/QB coach, Heater is available for DB coach, Trgovich would probably come back to be DC. Retain Fred Jackson as RB coach.

It could be a vision of his. Bring back all of these former players/coaches that have gone on to other colleges in different divisions with there new coaching philosophies. It's definately a possibility.

01/05/2011 - 4:36pm Funny thing is...

I've kind of heard the same sort of analogy. JH is testing the waters of the NFL with U-M to fall back on should he not get the right scenario he wants in the NFL. I don't have a link or a source I can let out of the bag, but I hear that the alumni and close friends of his are telling him U-M will match the NFL offers for him to come back to AA. Evedently they want him and nobody else will do.

11/04/2010 - 4:14pm I'm with you Hoak...

I don't want to be happy and cheery. If the Wolverines lose it pisses me off. I want to feel like the boys who are playing on Saturdays. I live in OHIO and really don't like all the negative comments directed at the Wolverines for losing right now. I wish we could turn back time and make them remeber the Cooper Years. This losing gets to me and I want to be pissed off.

11/02/2010 - 9:51am I think

you hit it on the head. The coaches are reading the defense and sending in audibles or going with the play-call. Motion would just slow down the prcess at this stage witha young QB. As he gets older and learns more, Those type of plays may become more available.

11/02/2010 - 9:45am The thing that get's me is

player development. The offense is fine. The defense has zero player development. The LB's haven't gotten better, the corners haven't gotten better, and the most basic skill to play defense (tackeling) hasn't gotten better. If RR doesn't get the axe, The entire defensive staff should.

07/07/2010 - 5:00pm Unfortunately...

not a Michigan alum but I lined up opposite Orlando Pace (former OSU/Sandusky alum) for a cross conference scrimage. I was a junior, he was a freshman. The first encounter wasn't too bad, I stood my ground. The second encounter however, he blindsided me and put me on the shelf for three weeks with a separated shoulder. THE hardest hit I had ever taken from one person. I'll never forget it.

05/19/2010 - 9:59am The Omen...

The second one still creeps me out to this day. The original ones, not the Julia Stiles remake, although she is incredibly HOT!!!

04/16/2010 - 1:19pm Thank you

Thanks for the update. Coming in from Ohio. I knew the west side had one lane shut down for brickwork on the outside, but didn't know about Stadium.

04/16/2010 - 1:15pm Do Mustaches and

Gotees count? If so, I'm already prepared!

03/17/2010 - 12:05pm Done!

Best of luck to both of them!

02/26/2010 - 4:40pm Last year...

The Alumni game was at 10:00 and the spring game itself was at noon.

02/26/2010 - 11:19am He will

be missed by all! I wish him well in the NFL.

01/06/2010 - 9:16am I've got ae

website for you. I'm not trying to take anything away from anybody but I have a Black Lab/Pit Bull mix and he has a jersey and collar for game day. This site has a few different things. Check it out:

www.hotdogcollars.com

11/11/2009 - 4:19pm Ezeh would be good...

if he only had one responsibility, the RB. Tell him the RB is his only responsibility and turn him loose. His cover skills aren't great and his speed is minimal, but running downhill at a RB would simplify things for him. The for JB or Jonas make their sole responsibility the QB. If it's a pass let them blitz like crazy. If it's a run they can help contain by still spying the QB. On a read play, both the QB and the RB would be accounted for and Stevie B could cover the TE like he's been doing. Get this defense back to basics, right now it seems like they're trying to think about to many things at once. Simplify it for the LB's and make their responsibilities easier to understand.

10/15/2009 - 1:16pm I was really

disappointed by his play. I really thought U-M would have two true lockdown corners. Wasn't he a high four or low five star coming out of high school?

09/11/2009 - 3:29pm Fridge in the basement

behind the bar of my wolverine shrine is stocked with Wolverine Beer. I wouldn't have it any other way. I have a game day party every week and some of the guests and closest friends don't care for it so I have to have other stuff to. After a victory we break open the handle of Captain.

09/01/2009 - 4:41pm I've been in the

same situation many times my friend. I'm a die-hard non-alum like yourself. Have made arguments that Suckeyes can't back up. It's hilarious to see the look on their faces when, a) a die hard U of M fan knows more about their team than they do and b) they try to tell you you're not a true fan because because you didn't attend the school, even though they themselves may not have attended the school they root for. It's easy to get them riled up when they have nothing to argue with.

08/24/2009 - 3:01pm Man...

do I miss a good ole kegs-n-eggs party. You definately brought back some great memories for me. I don't know how to give points but I would for that.

08/24/2009 - 2:02pm We always have a...

fresh batch of wings. My wife and I will make them the night before, then once we arrive I put them on a twin burner coleman stove to heat them back up. Man I can't wait!

08/21/2009 - 2:09pm Bowsher...

the old building. The football field is still there though.

08/21/2009 - 12:46pm OMG yes...

I consider college football my hobby, but over the last couple weeks, I've been getting pumped. I live near one of the high schools here in Toledo and I can see the football field from my front porch.

Every evening as I'm getting home from work the team is on the field. The first game is next Friday night. In my nieghborhood it's like a mini college atmosphere. I charge $5 to let people park in my driveway.

The chilly fall nights, the sound of the marching band, even the guy on the crappy PA system. Man, it's so close. You can feel it in the air. I can't wait, it needs to get here faster.

08/06/2009 - 2:12pm Chuck D...

had the MC voice in the 80's-90's. I like the raspy voices. Notorius B.I.G., Rodney O & Joe Cooley, Kurtus Blow. Man I miss the old stuff.

08/03/2009 - 4:53pm In reality...

the band should be located at field level in one of the endzones. Witht the open bowl design it's the only place they could be to have the sound carry through out the entire stadium. The best scenario would be split the band to both endzones and play at the same time.

07/30/2009 - 4:12pm Just about all

of the nick-nacks in my basement are from there. That's the first place I look. I'd rather go see it in person than order it.

07/30/2009 - 11:58am My hat off to you

I just laughed out loud. Thank you.

07/30/2009 - 11:41am I'm in South Toledo....

and I've found the best spot to buy house decor is The Anderson's. They've got quite a selection and not to bad on the price. The store on Talmadge and Monroe has a great selection, however I think the store on Ford street in Maumee has a bigger selection.

07/30/2009 - 8:27am I've always bought

shirts from the M-Den every time I'm in Ann Arbor and never had a problem with anything. I like the one in the link. I'm getting that one right know.

07/29/2009 - 4:59pm Dude...this isn't important to the subject,

but I gotta know where you got your avatar? Is that a real game cover or did you photoshop it yourself? If it's a real game cover, could you tell me how you got it?

07/29/2009 - 4:22pm I wish I could

tell you it's me, but unfortunately I can't. That's a pic of the real Superfan. I'm just an "Ordinary Joe" who once was supposed to be a Michigan Wolverine, but fate stepped in the way. So I'm an avid fan not an alum.

07/29/2009 - 4:08pm It's funny

I had this pic sent to me asking if it was me. So I had to use it.

07/29/2009 - 4:00pm Hey...

my avatar is Superfan!

07/24/2009 - 1:49pm Just saw Guillen

play last night with the Mudhens. A couple of great base hits. He looks like he's doggin it around the bases though.

07/17/2009 - 4:47pm I used to post

from time to time. Tater is right. Those people over there just wait for somebody to try to post something relating to the article and they attack and spew everything but the answer you're looking for, or bash you for posting in the first place. I don't go there anymore either. Now I just get RSS feeds, read the articles and that's it.

07/17/2009 - 8:49am Wow

I've been wondering why EA hasn't done something like since I've been playing NCAA. This is just incredible. Thank you Sir!

07/16/2009 - 11:24am WOO HOO!!!

This is great news. The class is complete and ready to roll.

07/09/2009 - 10:10pm I know this is

gonna sound rediculus but, I live in Toledo, Ohio and I'd take a 1-11 record if that one win was against OSU. Anything to get those sorry asses off their high horses. None of them remember the 90's, they only remember the last 7 games.

07/06/2009 - 12:02pm I literally just

laughed out loud and showed co-workers this pic. That's the funniest pic I've seen in a while. Hats off to you.

06/30/2009 - 12:03pm That would

definately be spot on. I've always liked Powerman 5000. Great suggestion.

06/18/2009 - 11:48am O & D

Offense:
1. Greg Matthews
2. Vincent Smith
3. Tate Forcier

Defense:
1. Ryan Van Bergen
2. Jonas Mouton
3. Whoever is starting at DEATHBACKER.

05/28/2009 - 9:08am From what I've

heard, it's a couple of lineman. I haven't heard of any major names, however my info is second-handed. Take it FWIW.

05/14/2009 - 3:06pm My idea's of

teams in Crisler would be Gonzaga, Wake Forest, or Missouri in no particular order.

04/10/2009 - 11:25am Go to the tunnel on east

side by Crisler Arena. The tunnel goes to the locker rooms. It's a t ground level so the gates to the stadium don't have to open to get to the locker rooms. That's where I'm going to start.

04/08/2009 - 11:37am I fully

agree with everything you just said. After the first time I saw Sam run last season, I knew he was gonna get killed. Vincent seems to be a better low runner before impact but knows when to break it to full stride.

04/07/2009 - 9:36am My sentiments

exactly...
