I have lived in UK for quite some time. Best solution if you can't find an alumni club option is to go for www.ustvnow.com. They have a try before you buy option and you don't need a VPN. It is for US citizens / military living abroad. Relatively cheap and you can even record games like a DVR option. Bring a HDMI cable and you can stream it to a smart tv. Gives you ESPN, ABC, Fox, ESPN 2 etc so should work for all the bowl games. They have a free trial period as well, so you may not even have to pay. Good luck.
My daughter and I were watching from the UK, and we are so proud of Ronnie. What a find as a 2* recruit that no one else offered. Harbaugh beats the bushes to find talent and he brings in classy guys. I am so proud of this program!
I believe there is general consensus that the South/East has much more recruiting coverage than the North, which creates a bias that benefits the SEC and ACC teams. Certain positions, e.g., lineman, are almost always misgraded in high school if you look at who eventually goes to the NFL. Also, look what Michigan has done with its 3 stars like Khaleke, Devin Bush, Ben Mason, etc.

I've tried to find video footage online, but can't find it. Would love to see it if it can be found . . . .
Regarding targetting, did anyone notice how Ben Mason got hit in the head by the crown of the defender's helmet during one of his early goal line runs? Would have been 100% targetting, and was replayed, but the announcers didn't even think to comment on it because it was an "In-The-Tackles" run. Was it just a case of "Ben Mason doesn't need any protection because he is a bad-ass?"
