The jokes on Nick. Taylor Lewan is getting more than that in only 5 years!!

07/26/2018 - 11:50am I would not be upset.

I would not be upset.

06/19/2018 - 4:51pm Sorry - I was trying to be…

Sorry - I was trying to be cute on my socials and got carried away with the Maize and Blue circle and arrow as I couldn't figure out how to make a twisted Maize and Blue circle on my iPhone.

05/28/2018 - 7:14pm Seemed like Kanaan had the

Seemed like Kanaan had the best car out there until he had that weird Andretti type set back. A puncture? He had a shot to come back from that. Rossi looked great too. I agree with you though, I thought Carpenter was going to win.

05/28/2018 - 7:09pm For some reason they changed

For some reason they changed it after the race - during the 1070 broadcast. Some discrepency about the temperature at the track and at the airport. Congrats on 44! This was my 36th consecutive. I had Carpenter, Dixon, Wilson, and Harvey in my money pool - so I thought I was sitting pretty with 4 guys in the top 5 with only a few laps to go. At least I still got money for placing 2nd and 3rd.

05/28/2018 - 7:04pm Her average finish was top

Her average finish was top ten before yesterday. It isn't anymore - now her average finish is outside the top ten. Seems appropriate. I haven't miss a race at the track since the early 80s and I've never seen a driver with so many excuses - in my mind she's just so unlikable, but obvioulsy everybody doen't look at this situation the way I do. Side note: this was the 18th year in a row a woman has driven a car in the Indy 500.

05/05/2018 - 5:54am If only Mario Tremblay had

If only Mario Tremblay had benched him after the 4 goal...or the 5th...or even the 6th...

05/05/2018 - 1:32am I bet Sean Avery is pissed he

I bet Sean Avery is pissed he didn't think of licking opponents first!

05/04/2018 - 3:18pm Ha - I wish I wouldn't

Ha - I wish I wouldn't thought of that before I did my order! But goblueritzy92 is right -  what do you do with that single seat all year?!

05/04/2018 - 3:14pm I was going to post about

I was going to post about this the other day. You are 100% correct. This pretty much penalizes people who have seniority and want more tickets - and gives people with way less seniority the option to move seats into MUCH better seats, as long as they are willing to up their PSD contribution. And who wouldn't do that for some of the seats I saw available! This means that way less desirable seats are going to be available when the ticket office decides to let people with seniority add seats to their existing orders.

I wanted to update my order from 2 to 3 seats in my own price tier on Wednesday - and they were available! But because of this year's policy, I had to stick to my two. (I actually have 2 on each side of the field). Oddly, the very next day (Thursday) two fantastic seats opened up in the Valiant section (that weren't there on Wednesday) that I snagged. It was technically a downgrade because my original seats were Victors - but they are so much closer to the field, I couldn't resist even though I already paid the higher PSD for my original tickets.

My wife likes sitting high towards the center - but I love being much closer to field anywhere between the 30 yard lines. So to go from Row 48 at the 40 to row 5 on the 30 seemed like a no brainer to me.

BTW - this process really displays how wonky the section numbers are rows are set up! You can have just about any numbered seat and potentially be on the aisle, If you have seat number 1 though, there is a great chance you are in the middle of the section! LOL. Why is it set up like this?!

05/04/2018 - 8:11am Need to see their QB post

Need to see their QB post from 2017 before I take this one seriously.

04/30/2018 - 1:56am To add a little more context

To add a little more context to this video -  each Preds playoff game, special guests are invited to start the rally towel cheer before the game to get people amped up. Also - a famous musician is also invited to sing the National Anthem. In both instances, it's usually people with strong ties to Nashville. In the game earlier today, Carrie Underwood sang the anthem - and you just saw the Titans O-line demolishing beers before the game with a catfish in that video. If you are not keeping up with the NHL - the Predators are basically using the Catfish in the same way the Detroit Red Wings use the Octopus. And if you are keeping up with the NHL - you will notice that the Titan's O-line are still wearing their Predators Reebok jerseys from last year - instead of the new Adidas ones.

04/22/2018 - 4:42pm I once spent 5 hours in

I once spent 5 hours in Record Time when I was a kid. I was into too many genres and spent a lot of time at the listening station that day. That place was the best!

I used to love Tower in Ann Arbor too - I would spend a lot of time at those listening stations - before I became a germaphobe and realized that nobody ever cleaned the headphones.

04/21/2018 - 10:17pm Oh man - you got some great

Oh man - you got some great stuff! Kudos for that passion. My store didn't have this year's RSD Ambassador pins so no RTJ pin for me. Bummer.

I've been downsizing my vinyl collection significantly this year so I really wasn't planning on getting anything (knowing already that somebody set aside the Krush Groove soundtrack for me) but I did get the Beastie Boys Rockabye Baby vinyl since my kid is 7 months old and this was his first RSD. I also got the Lady Antebellum 7".

I literally spent more on clothing at this store in the past month than I have on vinyl. Crazy.

And for those who don't know where their local record store is located, go to and put in your zip code to find the nearest store:

It's worth going even if you missed RSD today.

04/21/2018 - 10:12pm Far from it - business hasn't

Far from it - business hasn't been this robust in years.

04/21/2018 - 10:04pm but you literally DO seem to

but you literally DO seem to get it... "supply restricted" = "150% of normal retail". Normal supply = normal retail.

04/21/2018 - 10:16am When I think Underworld, I

When I think Underworld, I think 'dark' and electronic. That's why I put them in the same basket with those artists. I haven't spent any time with SHAED and I'm definitely not on the Bishop Briggs train yet - that feels so forced to me. I do LOVE me some London Grammer though - a lot! And lately I've been loving YEBBA, Rainbow Kitten Surprise and Pale Waves. So good.

04/20/2018 - 10:39pm I loved 90s electronica but I

I loved 90s electronic music but I also love current electronic music more than ever. If you loved Underworld, start with these current artists if you get a chance: Daniel Avery, Jon Hopkins, Clark, and/or Helena Hauff.

04/20/2018 - 9:30pm 90's Alt Rock huh?

90's Alt Rock huh? Hmmmm....

Without looking this up, what song did Radiohead get sued for ripping off and who sued them?

04/20/2018 - 7:09pm So bummed about this news. I

So bummed about this news. I vividly remember Lollapalooza 2012 - they had to evacuate because of crazy weather. Nobody knew if it was cancelled for the rest of the day or not. When we got the notice they were letting people back in, the first act on was Skream & Benga - who smashed the place up. People were so happy they were playing in the mud like it was water. Then Bloc Party came on and just proved why they are one of the best bands in the world. Just when you though it couldn't get any better, Avicii came out in this crazy, massive head on stage and took the night to another 'level'. It was awesome.

04/20/2018 - 7:06pm Love Above & Beyond. "We Are

Love Above & Beyond. "We Are All We Need" is my go to when I fly.

04/18/2018 - 1:49pm Those chances are so small

Those chances are so small that you would get rerouted because there are people on that same flight that have DFW as their destination. It will stop at DFW. I've been on flights that have emergency landings - but I've never been on a flight that skipped a stop. Anything is possible with bad weather though - but the chances of getting a stop skipped are so small!

And you are correct - do NOT check luggage if you are doing this! LOL

I am not encouraging anyone to do this on every flight - in fact - you are not going to save money doing this frequently, but there are rare instances in certain parts of the country where you can save hundreds of dollars. And with this site, you can really have fun playing around with options - especially the nearby airport option. I've flown to airports 1-2 hours from my destination and saved hundreds of dollars.

04/18/2018 - 12:37pm Side note: in 2013 I was

Side note: in 2013 I was flying back to NYC from the west coast. I had a stop in Dallas. I got off the plane, told the crew I wasn't feeling well, they said I could take a later flight. I got a rental car, drove to Jerry World - on the way, I stopped at McDonalds for free wifi to hook up to Stubhub and got a ticket to the Michigan/Florida basketball game for $40 - 18th row. After that spectacular game, I drove back to DFW and got on the last flight of the day back home. That was great and this ITA site really helped me plan that trip successfully.

04/18/2018 - 12:32pm I got here late - but agree

I got here late - but agree with everyone who mentioned ITA. I used to fly weekly and this site was a lifesaver. Some of the key funtions are working with the 'one way' or 'multi city' options. I reccommend selecting the 'one way' option to maximize your savings - specifically if you are not loyal to any particular airline. Also, once you select your airport - there is this great option to slect all 'nearby' airports - from 25 miles away up to 2,000 miles away. Sometimes you can get a cheaper flight by booking a flight using your destination city as a layover stop. You can just get off at your destination city without having to get back on. If you are going to do this - you need to book one way flights (otherwise your roundtrip ticket will get cancelled). Again - this site is a lot of fun and there is a lot you can do here.

04/18/2018 - 12:24pm I still use ITA - for

I still use ITA - for personal and busines. I used to travel weekly so this site was like magic. I book direct - but this site is such a massive help. It's actually like a math problem sometimes and playing with this site can really save you some money.

04/18/2018 - 12:17pm about generating some about generating some gross revenue...

04/04/2018 - 11:31am 4 of out last 5 opponents

4 of out last 5 opponents went up in the polls after we played them. Oddly, Houston dropped. I would've thought they would have at least stayed where they were based on how they lost.

04/02/2018 - 5:03pm I was actually getting a lot

I was actually getting a lot of work done until I came here and read this thread - now I'm starting to freak out a little. Holy cow - we got a shot to win it all! Now that it's really sinking in - I'm not going to get anything else done!

Also - I'm in Nashville right now - and I'm seeing people wearing Michigan gear everywhere. And it just dawned on me - anybody in the world who owns any Michigan gear is going to be wearing it today. That's just awesome!

04/02/2018 - 12:16pm It just feels like one of

It just feels like one of those days where if we can limit our turnovers, hit a few threes early, and score more points than Villanova - we will win.

04/02/2018 - 12:14pm We beat Purdue twice - I

We beat Purdue twice - I don't care what anybody says.

04/02/2018 - 1:08am The fire sale is just

The fire sale is just starting. Uppers are now going under $60. Sideline lower bowl tickets in single letters are now dropping below the $300 mark. There are a TON of tickets left and people are going to start getting desperate soon. Wait it out unless you see a deal you can't live without. Track it for yourself if you don't believe me - there are titckets available in every section on the secondary markets - that is not a good sign for people selling tickets.

04/01/2018 - 12:16am Oops!

Reminds me of '92 and '93 when we ran all over campus after each win untill we got teargassed! I still have all of that on VHS somewhere.

03/31/2018 - 11:54pm If I'm Oliver Martin, I'm

If I'm Oliver Martin, I'm getting that number changed ASAP so I can get on the field at the same time as the starting QB!

03/23/2018 - 4:16pm Definitely a blowout. But 99

Definitely a blowout. But 99 - 56 would've been a complete blowout.

03/23/2018 - 3:20pm If A&M had not been shooting

If A&M had not been shooting over 60% in the second half - it would've been a complete blowout. So I guess they had that to go home with.

03/21/2018 - 12:48pm I know right?! They have 3

I know right?! They have 3 basketballs!! I bet they even leave them out there all night and nobody ever even thinks about taking them...

03/08/2018 - 11:07pm Seems like a great hire. I do

Seems like a great hire. I do wonder though.

When we first got Doug Nussmeier, people seemed pretty happy since he came from Alabama. My first question was - why did Alabama let him go if he was so great. Ed was at OSU for 5 years and was pretty sucessful - what were the circumstances of him leaving OSU to basically have the same gig at Minnesota? Why did OSU let him get away?

5-3 vs Michigan in his last 8 years as OL coach at Minn, OSU, and ND.

4-4 against MSU in his last 8 years as OL coach at Minn, OSU, and ND.
