08/28/2018 - 9:44am I'm having the same issue…

I'm having the same issue. Been neglecting the Diaries until now and would like to catch up. Anyway to see more than the last 3 diaries?

04/24/2018 - 2:10pm MSU

Every way too early top 25 or projection for next year that I've seen has MSU as the clear favorite. I don't understand. Is Foster Loyer going to be that good? Xavier Tillman?

03/14/2018 - 1:43pm Crazy Pills

Am I taking crazy pills or did everyone just forget about Deshawn Sims? Maybe I romaticize his skill because I went to college the same time he did, but damn, he'd be a solid NBA Jam player. Athletic, dunks, can shoot the three, looked like he could push someone... what more do you need?

02/27/2018 - 4:31pm Opp PPP on screens

Anyone else think that awful opponent PPP on screens is due almost solely to the two Purdue games? I feel like they just bombed threes off screens for 80 minutes against us

02/03/2018 - 3:04pm Mo got hacked

Can't buy a call right now. We are playing at home right?

02/03/2018 - 3:02pm Wth

I thought mason was supposed to suck on long twos?

01/08/2018 - 5:01pm Whoa!

How dare you respond to my post with reason and facts! This is the Internet! I still think they don't have the resume of a top 25 team so far (not that they can't or won't get there). KenPom top 100 is an arbitrary cut off. Michigan has beaten 6 KenPom top 100 teams, and no one on here is arguing they should be ranked top 25 so far.

01/08/2018 - 3:08pm Kentucky

Why is Kentucky still ranked? Their best win is Louisville at home and they have 3 losses and a handful of close games to middling teams.

01/06/2018 - 5:28pm Strongbow

Strongbow with a shot of bourbon. Teasing KC and LA

12/04/2017 - 12:02pm Haloscan

The best part about haloscan were the game threads. Couldn't bitch about things that happened 10 minutes prior only what was happening then.

10/17/2017 - 10:22pm Was coming on here to post this

The second team kicker has not attempted a 50 yarder and not many 40 yarders either. Definitely a snub

07/15/2017 - 12:47pm Rutgers

The tradition. The pageantry. Couldn't help but get chills walking through the concourse and spotting the mural for the one time they tied Florida

03/08/2017 - 5:16pm Clearly on

He was clearly onsides. By the guy marking him AND there was another defenseman further back. I think the late penalty was a bad call. Suarez acted like he got shot

03/04/2017 - 5:13pm Don't forget

Don't forget Illinois! Making a late push for the bubble and they lose to Rutgers. Woof

03/04/2017 - 2:15pm Hmm

Maybe the combine was oversigning

02/22/2017 - 10:04am This far

They made it this far because they had an easy group. Like, really easy. But who knows, maybe they've been laying in the weeds in EPL season

02/17/2017 - 12:24pm 8/9 vs 10 seed

While I love to see this win and hope Michigan keeps winning so this is a moot point; but isn't it better to be a 10 seed instead of an 8/9? Seems like an easier path to the second weekend

01/20/2017 - 2:46pm This could

This could be a valid point if they had banned out of season practices during school breaks. However, they didn't do that. They only banned off campus out of season practices during school breaks. This, to me, is the most hypocritcal aspect of the ban. If they truly had the interests of the "student-athletes" in mind, they could have and should have taken it a step further. Instead, it is a very pointed ruling.

01/07/2017 - 3:45pm How am I supposed to know if

How am I supposed to know if I should be mad when Nickens makes a three if he's not even on the preview?

10/13/2016 - 9:54am Had this argument

Had this argument this summer. I think that it is Freddie Mercury and everyone else. My friend argued quite hard for Mick Jagger. Bono probably deserves to be in the discussion

10/02/2016 - 12:51pm Headline:

Headline on nj.com

"Harbaugh: Michigan vs Rutgers for Championship"

09/24/2016 - 7:34pm Yes

If I remember correctly we have a tough time maintaining grass because of the water table. The big house field is dug into the ground and this causes issues. I could be wrong tho

09/24/2016 - 4:13pm Hmm

I don't know about Msu or Wisconsin quite yet but damn Iowa is trash.

09/06/2016 - 8:02pm Michae Bradley

I thought Bradley wasn't playing these two games... When did that change? Also, I like starting Klejstan. Has been in form the past year without getting a run from Klinsmann. Hope he can perform

08/26/2016 - 4:38pm You're a

You're a Dick

08/08/2016 - 8:49am I would never

I would never want my players playing whiffle ball. Easy way to blow an elbow. Gotta make that ball dance

08/02/2016 - 3:20pm Blue blood programs

http://collegefootball.ap.org/top-100

Some interesting data here:

Michigan was the first team to be ranked in every poll in a decade (1970's).

FSU and Nebraska were ranked in every poll in the 90's.

OSU has been ranked in at least 50% of the polls in every decade since 1936 (talk about sustained success).

There appear to be 8 true Blue Blood programs (which I know has been debated on this board a few times before): Ohio State, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Alabama, USC, Nebraska, Michigan and Texas with more of a drop off and recency bias starting with Florida State and Florida.

07/19/2016 - 4:34pm Connor cook

Am I the only one that sees a bit of Connor Cook in him? The way he lays in those loopy throws with a ton of touch, can move in and out of the pocket but isn't the most mobile and still has the arm to make the throws. I guess I didn't watch enough Andrew Luck when he was at Stanford

06/07/2016 - 10:56pm But isn't the real hope that

But isn't the real hope that Cameron carter-vickers turns into a legit, top class center back so we can move Cameron to the outside and Fabian Johnson to midfield/wing? That would put all those players at the position they play with their clubs (in Europe)

04/28/2016 - 11:38am Similar story

I have a similar story about yost. When I was a senior in college there was a bad ice storm that caused bricks from the facade to fall off the yost roof. For a long time there were bricks and more littering the ground and roped off. Well not to be satisfied with bricks, we decided to carry off an archway. Needless to say it was quite heavy. As two of us were walking down the street carrying this to our house we were stopped by the police. They asked us what we were doing and where we got the brick arch. We told them yost. They laughed and told us to have a nice night. Don't think any of us ended up keeping it from our house sadly.

03/17/2016 - 9:49am Chris Quinn

I was standing directly behind the ND bench for that game and after the game Quinn was walking off the court and I said something to the effect of "Nice free throws in your last game ever" and he started crying. I probably should have felt bad but I didn't

01/07/2016 - 1:25pm "Acute vaginitis"

I laughed out loud at this. Sadly, it is also exactly how I remember Courtney Sims playing

12/15/2015 - 11:07am Spot on

I have been to college station and it is a lot of tumbleweeds but also a fun college town

10/21/2015 - 3:59pm 1996

I would go back to 1996 and steal Maurice Taylor's car keys one fateful Mateen Cleaves recruiting trip. I don't know what it would change but I feel like it could be a lot

09/28/2015 - 6:09pm Ace was in a ska band

I acutally recently acquired a song recorded by said ska band. I believe he was the singer

08/27/2015 - 10:33am Whoa whoa whoa

Not so fast my friend. Dave Grohl appeared in Tenacious D: The Pick of Destiny as Satan

08/10/2015 - 8:27pm Yes I am

And it is an awesome league

08/10/2015 - 11:22am ACT

My friends have a league where the last place team has to take the ACT and their score is engraved on the last place trophy. And they buy the beer for the draft

08/10/2015 - 11:20am Good luck

You're going to need it.

08/03/2015 - 12:05pm UTL I

I went to a wedding during UTL 1. It was on a beach, there was one tv but the bride (who was a Spartan grad) wouldn't let us turn on the Michigan game. My dad snuck away to watch the second quarter at a bar (without telling me) and then we listened to the end in someone's rented minivan. One of my favorite pictures is of four of us sitting in a van going nuts as Gallon is running toward the end zone.

One of my friends also got married during the MSU/UofM game that same year (trash tornado). I don't mind missing the game in hindsight but he had 6 groomsmen, 3 UofM grads and 3 MSU grads. It was brutal. In his defense he tried to schedule around the game but they changed the date when Nebraska joined the Big Ten.

06/23/2015 - 3:41pm My understanding

It is my understanding that Brady is testifying under oath, but there are no legal penalties associated with perjury during a hearing such as this. The reason he is testifying under oath is so that his testimony could be used in legal proceedings in the future.

03/17/2015 - 2:50pm For Spike

For spike the comparison I think of is Robbie Reid with a bit more handle. His first year at Michigan he took 6 shots a game shot 42% from 3 and dished out 3.4 assists a game. If he wasn't asked to do too much in that 98-99 season he could be somewhat comprable.

01/23/2015 - 11:14pm Wow

2 straight icings waived off lead to two goals. Larkin/Hyman/Selman is clicking tonight

12/01/2014 - 1:02pm Desmond

Talked my friend into naming his dog Desmond after two things we both loved... Desmond Howard and Desmond from Lost. See you in anotha life brotha

11/13/2014 - 6:51pm DJ Wilson

Might remember him as Maceo Baston with more of a jump shot perhaps? That's what I think of when I think of long, rangy, atheltic guys at Michigan.

10/25/2014 - 5:44pm Titos

So much Titos

10/01/2014 - 12:16pm Someone imbed Chris Young!

09/02/2014 - 3:08pm I was

I was a sophomore at Michigan and went with my dad and some friends. For some reason I still remember being nervous about some miracle comeback until the woodley td. The aftermath of that game and the Michigan cheers echoing throughout ND stadium is one of my favorite Michigan football memories.

08/08/2014 - 3:32pm No love

No love for the Browns? I mean sure Ohio sucks and all but the AFC North doesn't have a juggernaut team and they looked pretty good under Hoyer last year. I guess who is going to catch passes for them but I think they could squeak in there.
