Ball St. was #12 in the BCS heading into the MAC Championship in 2008, Brady Hoke's last year as coach.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Hecklinski is not really a RB coach. Probably will be QB or WR coach.

SDSU has their own Fred Jackson (non-recruiting of course) in LeCharls McDaniel. Look at the guys he's coached that are playing in the NFL.

My best guess for how things pan out:

• HC/DL? - Hoke
• OC - Borges (from SDSU)
• DC-  ???, Depends on what Hoke does, he could either do DL or DC
• QB-  ???, No idea, Loeffler maybe?
• WR- Jeff Hecklinski (SDSU) moves back since this would make more sense for a former QB
• RB - Fred Jackson is kept
• OL- Darrell Funk (from SDSU)
• LB-  Mark Smith
• DB - Jon Hoke?
