He's on an NFL sideline next fall. Probably the Giants. If a coach with his resume wanted a college job, it would have to be head coach. Maybe at USC, if Helton is out. Maybe at Ohio State, if Urban retires again. Maybe at Florida State, but I would think Willie Taggart will get some time there. It would have to be a top level program, so they could afford a coach like that. Overstating the obvious there. But who knows, this quarterback class isn't supposed to be great, maybe he decides to kick it with family in AA for a season and scout some prospects for an NFL comeback. Not probable but it's plausible I suppose.
Twitter made the game sound competitive in the first half. So I stopped watching it and waited until I got home to watch on DVR. It wasn't close, it was a demolition. I think my Ferris State Bulldogs could take Rutgers at Top Tagart Field, well o.k. maybe not. Rutgers shouldn't be in the Big Ten. Delaney's cable subscribers, aren't watching them either.
