I think he loves it here, but you know he's thinking about it.

How much are we willing to pay to keep him?

Funny how we're having this conversation after many wanted him to hit the bricks not too long ago. Not trolling, just in genuine awe of the sports roller coaster. You have to stop and appreciate it sometimes.

We have to become more active in r/CFB.

I'm sure that too many of our players are stuck at 2 stars, myself included. One way to make a comeback is to have every Michigan flair receive upvotes on sight. I know many have already been doing this, but there's always room for improvement.

I'd also like to reiterate what many have said re: Team Chaos. They don't seem to be pushing into Red territory too much, are they? If they're not going to serve their "chaotic" function, but rather predominantly organize against one alliance, they should be removed from the game. I think their addition was a cool idea in theory, but in practice, the mechanic is being used to tip the scales way too much. Once you're eliminated, you should be done. It's already clear enough that this game is going to go for a very, very long time--the last thing we need is yet an another team vying for territory, especially given its size and the fact that every single one of its members were already eliminated.

This last point raises the problem of flair switching--you could get rid of Team Chaos, but then what's to stop those people from joining another team anyway? To fix this, the game should have a "team declaration" mechanic, where you enter your flair/team on the attack/defend screen. Once declared, it cannot be changed for the duration of the game, regardless of any flair changes you make in r/CFB. Just a thought.

Finally, remember not to post in r/CFBRisk. That karma will not count towards your star count. Only karma earned in r/CFB will.

Looking forward to that.

I get the feeling that Izzo leaving would result in a Meyer-like successor. I think we've got him where we want him these days. Most of the time, anyway.

But maybe I'm being paranoid.

I'm concerned about Clemson

I'm concerned about Clemson on our flank. I know we're allies, but the further west we push, the more open to a backstabbing we become. Eventually, it's going to be in their best interest to push into either the northeast or southeast.

Good question.

Vegas did the same. Is that curse not a thing anymore?

This remains one of the

This remains one of the greatest player statues ever created.

Calling all lurkers

I, a lurker since 2008, have come forth from the shadows in support of this glorious conquest. The tyranny of the Red Alliance must be stopped at all costs.
