The way I see it, he's still a Wolverine. Whatever issues there were or missteps were made, the U-M I know has the capacity for forgiveness.

End result: Harbaugh and Jumpman are now here. I don't need to drink anyone else's tears to enjoy what we have.

Ballers, seniors, rabid Wolverines ... just give Harbaugh a roster of 22+ who want to hit someone, and I think they'll be fine.

It's football; they're kids. Anything from 15-0 to 6-6 can happen in my mind. Hopefully it's something toward the former as I'd like to celebrate more in A2 this year than Stadium Blvd. actually being a road one can drive on.

Given the increase in production quality, they're probably going to make S8 an IMAX experience to compliment the HBO airings. ... This will do nicely until football season.

SE Michigan is still growing; all four sports teams will be within blocks of each other with a full night scene and a developing Wayne State University. It won't happen overnight, but there are enough "hip" areas in Michigan that can further grow this region (not like Golden State is located in "the" place to be). But yes, given the current state of the league, it's going to be 5-10 years before the landscape changes enough for the Pistons to have a legit chance (unless a crazy lottery win occurs before then).
