I think the best thing for the B1G would be to steal Texas and Oklahoma and put them both in the West. We would be leaders by being the first power 5 to make a 16 team super conference (which is probably going to happen anyway), and It would leave every other conference scrambling to keep up.
It would also even out the conference:
East:
Michigan, MSU, OSU, PSU, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Purdue (would come over from the west)
