Is as I understand, with Coach Hoke on Sunday mornings going over game tapes and is on the sideline with the coach during the games so I wonder how much micromanagement really goes on. It can't be a common practice for AD's and their football coaches to do this. Not a good practice in my opinion.
Why would JoePa tell them not to say anything? Is there something pre 1998 that happened at Penn State that Paterno knew that would be found out? Maybe once the FBI is done investigating, we will know for sure, but there is some reason why these three guys decided not to tell anyone about Sandusky.
It is common practice in a county to get as many police departments together as they can and work as wolf packs in some cases in designated areas. Mostly in high alcohol involved crash areas and times. They all work on overtime with federal grant money and I figure this is what happened here when Fitz stumbled into the wrong area and got picked up. Usually, they publicize where they are going to be and all, but not always.
We ordered our Northwestern tickets with our season tickets and then ordered extra tickets when offered later Online. Does anyone have any idea when they may come in the mail?
When I read the article I thought it did come from freep and not the grpress. I guess when you have the M beat you can say all you want against the program. I agree that the paper slants toward msu because of all the boosters there but it is not easy to take. Unfortunately, the Muskegon paper is owned by the same people that have the press and we get their garbage all the time.
At some point we fans must support all of our coaches and in turn, players that are looking at all the blogs too. Think of what the negativity is doing with them, week after week. All I can do is wish the best for the team and the school and let the chips fall where they may. We really have no say in what happens to the coaches after the season, but we can build them up while we're playing. I don't think it is any different to brothers and sisters arguing within the family but have a united voice when others are around us. Guess I'm just an old school fan who can wonder why things are played like they were but hindsight is always 20/20. Go Blue
