"no evidence his approach lead to death"?!?
There's a whole report detailing the inadequate nonactions taken by his staff led to his death and multiple reports he created this toxic environment.
Yes it is true we don't have his side of the story, but what would exonerate him? "everybody does it" is BS, and not true. I work with many ATs, many of them who've worked for D1 programs, and they'd never let this occur.

The alphanumeric way you've laid out the choices is interesting. If I were a teacher I'd set up my multiple choice exams like that just to mess with the students.

So (and I suspect this documentary may touch on this) he has another family who is close to him in addition to his mother. She obviously is very involved thinking back to the questionaire she gave to prospective schools.
But (unless the dude I ran into at grocery store wearing Michigan gear is completely lying and had photoshopped pics of his family with RG) there's another family who has been quite involved in his life too. So that may help IRT positive male and family role models

I don't believe that is accurate. Going from memory of news article so I could be wrong, but echo (an ultrasound of the heart) evaluated the hypertrophy and also noted that the amount of blood expelled from the part of the heart that supplies the body (left ventricle) was not as efficient as a normal heart.
ECHOcardiogram measures the plumbing, ELECTROcardiogram (EKG) measures the electricity-the rhythm of the heart.
|02/28/2018 - 10:31am||I'd further your point. It'd||
I'd further your point. It'd be nice if, at least in basketball (football is always going to be a harder fix), if your first group would be out NCAA. If you are good enough to be pro, want to be pro, go play in a proper minor league like you can do in baseball and hockey. If you want to go to college, commit to it. It doesn't proclude you from playing professionally later. This option will appeal mostly to your middle group-possible pros with development.
I don't reasonable see why the model for baseball and hockey couldn't also work for basketball. the NCAA should not be a (or the really) de facto minor league.
Admitedly, this arguement may not work/apply for football, but fixing one of them would be an huge step

|01/23/2018 - 11:36am||yeah I'm not sure I want all||
yeah I'm not sure I want all electric. Hybrid sounds more interesting. You have traditional hybrid or plug in (PHEV)?
|01/23/2018 - 11:19am||So on the talk about anything||
So on the talk about anything mode: I just got a car a year ago. It is a traditional ICE family sedan. I don't put a lot of miles so will probably/hopefully have for at least 7-8 years. In that time, I suspect a strong move towards further electricfication.
Any hybrid owners? Any plug in owners? I think I'd be interested in plug in hybrid, as my commute is >10 miles one way and would likely be able to run electric only, BUT would like the gas back up to avoid the worry of being stranded from a drained battery.
I think I'll be similar to many customers in the US, reluctant to go full electric at first, so curious where y'all think this will head here. Some car makes (Volvo, Infiniti) are going full electric quickly, but other markets like China and European cities are demanding that. We certainly aren't, but automakers will have these electric cars so will of course be trying to sell.
What say you?
|01/18/2018 - 4:56pm||eh I remember Brady Hoke did||
eh I remember Brady Hoke did a mea culpa for thinking he could build on the DL success from the 1997 season and blaming himself for the start of the '98 season (specifically the loss to Syracuse). He didn't appreciate that he needed to (re)emphasize the fundamentals and learned from that. This could be that, a recognition of what he needs to do better. I have no problem with that.

I certainly get the joking as the questions were getting rediculous, but I have a question IRT medical redshirt:
if it's documented that he is healthy enough to practice with the team and dress, is he still "medically ineligble to play". Asked another way, if there is an injury but some games not played are coaches decision, is he still eligible? Seems that way by Harbaugh's responses, just seems interesting to me as we've had discussion regarding other players in the past proof of practicing as it relates to medical reshirts

|11/27/2017 - 3:42pm||I agree with your general||
I agree with your general point, but here's an (admitedly unlikely) scenario where I see U-M in CF playoff after loss in The Game:
OSU loses to say PSU & MSU (or has another Iowa like oopsy)
We win every other game (or even lose close to ND and many other teams lose)
Then we still go to B1G championship, win, and with 12 (or less likely 11) wins get into the playoff.
I agree with general point though, we do NOT need to be 13-0 to go to the playoff
