whether or not this is posted in multiple boardposts, I still would like someone in the know (TomVH?) to address it. Last I heard it seemed like Hankins was about to commit to Mich, now we're behind OSU and Fla? Don't know whether to believe it or not.

12/13/2009 - 3:35pm Lions are down 41-3

enough said. i am convinced this team will never be good as long as i am alive.

12/13/2009 - 3:06pm Okay

We sure will!

12/06/2009 - 4:22pm I agree

with everything you said until you started blaming Bradon Smith. It is his decision; he is not getting paid. He signed up to goto the Rose Bowl, and right now, its looking like he might goto the Pizza Pizza Bowl...eventually.

11/24/2009 - 11:33am to answer the original question

no. if rich goes 24-40-2 in 6 years he would have been gone 2 years earlier. and for just cause, i might add.

11/23/2009 - 10:31pm article dated 11/23. doesnt

article dated 11/23. doesnt mean the quote is from 11/23.

11/23/2009 - 9:30pm pryor

got an honorable mention from the media. what?

11/23/2009 - 9:28pm i wonder

if tate would have been freshmen of the year if he didnt play his worse game, statistically, against osu.

11/23/2009 - 7:29pm lets not get crazy

theres little silver lining. bowl game and everything else that goes with it and 15 extra practices far outweighs any weightlifting or recruiting advantages.

05/01/2009 - 10:16am yes. you're absolutely right.

yes. you're absolutely right. drew is going to be the next wes welker. lets see, they're both white. and they both had one offer going to into college.

04/30/2009 - 11:13pm i dont think henne or henson

i dont think henne or henson was getting this much atention before their summer of senior year of high school. if i remember correctly, henne was anoited the starter towards the end of summer ball when guietterez got hurt.

tate should be in high school prom and now hes plastered all over national news. my point was i wonder if the newsome and beaver arent seeing him on espn and si and wondering if they made the wrong choice.

04/30/2009 - 9:52pm well back to OP, i totally

well back to OP, i totally agree. it seems strange to me that we're offering these kids so quickly. who would have guessed it, mcfalrin could be right?? but, with all that being said, this will be moot to me if we can wrangle in the 4/5 star defensive recruits who we're looking at.

04/30/2009 - 9:49pm i wonder what our qb

i wonder what our qb decommits have to think about tate forcier and not coming to michigan?

ive heard kevin newsome hasnt done too hot, and beaver is buried to the depths of conference usa. meanwhile, tate forcier is all over espn, si, and is treated like some god around cmapus. all before his first snap. i cant remember a qb getting this much attention before.

04/30/2009 - 9:37pm verrrry speculative, but

verrrry speculative, but after all those mean nasty things harbaugh said i dont see him being the coach anytime soon.

04/30/2009 - 7:59pm ive got a couple questions...

1) how come we'll take a recruit from this guy (and someone like tony drake) who do not seem to be highly recruited, arent getting big offers, and (from what i know) havent visted, when we tell someone like travis willaims to hold off?

2) not really a question, but im also definitely in the camp of whats going on with these recruits. the amount of low rated, barely recruited kids are becoming staggering. and at wr, nonetheless. i dont think this is gary wiliams going out and taking kids that arent in the aau, so what gives with all the underrecruiting here

04/30/2009 - 7:54pm you noticed all this,

you noticed all this, including his on the field coaching, from the clip?

04/29/2009 - 8:57pm no......

apparently you chose to ignore the entirety of my post so ill copy and paste it for you right here:

if we have to schedule a cupcake, we should stick to random-midmajor-team-from-weak-conference. a deleware st has no more upside than a random northern illni team.

the money argument still works if we get the lowly midmajor team. id prefer a toledo/miami of ohio/san diego state/and whatever mid major we've played recently to any appy state/delware st. etc.

nice try with the analogy though.

04/29/2009 - 1:43pm i see the money argument, but

i see the money argument, but i agree that michigan should never schedule a bowl subdivision team (or whatever they're called now) there seems to be no upside. you win, and its what you're supposed to do. but if you lose then OMGGGWEREALLGONNADIE (see app state, cover of si, etc). at least when we lost to toledo it won't go down as one of (if not thee) biggest upsets in college football.

charles woodson. hes had a solid career but i dont think he actually makes it in. but outside of tom brady hes our best bet.

maybe ty law too. but i dont really see that either

and dex, seriously. stop making new names. we get it.

04/25/2009 - 3:12am ive been a lions fan too long

ive been a lions fan too long to have trust in this organization. stafford is a joke, in any other draft he would be a second round pick. hell, john navarre woulda gone the first round in this thing. there are NO qbs. seriously, the top 3 are underclassmen??

and on top of that they throw 41 million dollars guaranteed at this man? what happened to all the leverage the lions had? what the f. was stafford asking for originally. 60 million??? jesus. there is one thing being a fan, but i think the organization has gone too far. i need a new NFL team to root for on sundays.

04/25/2009 - 3:08am NO

the wla are a buncha goddamn assholes. glad they're gone. sick of hearing about them. if you want to read them, check the shit they post on their godamn site.

04/24/2009 - 3:28pm "In a way I find the ceasing

"In a way I find the ceasing of contact with a kid to cause them to decommit to be worse than telling them straight that parting ways would be best."

i agree with this. its like when women call men "jerks" when they hook up with a girl and ignore her afterwards. every women will say "well, why dont you just tell fugly girl#1 you dont want to hook up with her instead of ignoring her phone calls." sometimes its just better to tell the girl to stop calling instead of leading her on.

04/16/2009 - 9:51pm swinging dick

Seriously, dude?

I have been reading this blog for some time now and seeing you pull out the Michigan Law School card might have been the biggest deuche-y thing I've seen.
