Defense - I think it’s obvious that Don Brown is incredibly overrated. His scheme works great if he has the best players everywhere on the field. As soon as he has to prepare for an offense that has more skill or talent, he is pathetically overmatched in every aspect of the game.
Offense - I was listening to the game on the radio and they said, “If the running game isn’t working, this offense can’t be successful”. I would think that at $1 million+, we could find coaches that have the ability to adapt to their opponents and have something that works regardless of the situation.
Head Coach - If he can’t adapt, or hire coaches that can, I don’t care who he is or who his college coach was, it’s time to go. Jim Harbaugh is the only coach on the planet that would get a 5th year at a top program with his record vs top teams / rivals
It’s not a good season, but what is worse is the number of “fans” on this board showing what ass holes they are. I understand criticism of your team but the program would be better off if some of you took a walk into oncoming traffic.
Wilson seems to hit the holes quicker and is a downhill runner. I don’t know about passing Evans on the depth chart, but maybe take some carries away. I really like to see Evans getting the ball in space, but can’t stand all the jump cuts behind the line.
The only way for this to truly hurt is for the state to force the money to come from the athletic budget. Otherwise, MSU fucks up and we all pay for it

fwiw....the 10th coach will be Jordan Kovacs. I played golf with one of his former coaches 2 weeks ago...obviously nothing more than I know a guy who knows a guy, but sounded very sure.
