Let's just look at football…

Let's just look at football with Warde. He let the most successful football coach in the school's history since the days of Yost and when the forward pass was invented get poached by the NFL.

Does that sort of thing happen at schools that have won a NC in the last 2 decades sans FSU?

From the stormy bayou, I…

From the stormy bayou, I LOVE YOU ALL!

I don't post much, but all I

I don't post much, but all I have to say is, "IN HARBAUGH I TRUST".

Keep calm, we have Dr.

Keep calm, we have Dr. Blitz.

Well that's because they were

Well that's because they were in trouble in Monroe Louisiana and not in Tuscaloosa. I can tell you that they are beyond lucky to not have the charges picked up by the DA of Monroe. The bayou state is basically 2 states. You have the Catholics that dominate the Southern Louisiana population and you have the Baptist up in the North (Monroe). The Baptist up North tend to have "dry" parishes while the South, well, we have drive-thru daquiri shops. Anyways, to get to my point, let's just say a minority in Monroe found with weed and a gun that has 0 brought up is like hitting the powerball when it was over a billion dollars. Only other explanation is the DA went to Bama.

I'm with you on this thing

I'm with you on this thing blowing up in their face. Unlike Baylor, Tennessee is subject to FOIA. Let the sun shine in and disinfect....

Well, that's IF they even

Well, that's IF they even make it out for the public to hear about them. Some of the stuff been going on before '13 at Baylor and it's just now coming out in 2016....

Remember this from last month?

Remember when Ole Miss "self reported" violations last month (and tried to drum up some sympathy by downplaying the violations?

I wonder if any of their reported violations is Tunsil related....  Ohh wait, there is one related to Tunsil about a loaner car, but that's it? Hmmm strange...

That's the Bayou State way

That's the Bayou State way and how they have always done business. The TOPS program which is like Popelando stated is an analogue to the Michigan's School Aid Fund and has a large trickle down effect, especially with athletics. Here's a good primer on why this problem in the Bayou State is a little more serious than most people think.

It's a little of that and the

It's a little of that and the fact that we here in the bayou state are facing a massive $960 million budget shortfall. A lot of it came from Piyush Jindal and the old Louisiana way of cutting higher education to try to close the budget gap. Well, since the previous years have already done that and now that there's nothing else to cut, reality is about to set in. It also didn't help how bad the oil and gas market is and a lot of Louisiana's revenue is from oil and gas. It's almost like the perfect little storm of shit that's about to drop all over us in the bayou. LSU is certainly posturing here to make threats, but I wouldn't sleep on all these threats because of the simple fact that there is no more money and even the TOPS program is about to be canned.

To think, I almost went to LSU for undergrad..... I'm glad I froze my ass off for 4 years in A2. Now I get to sit back and watch the panic set among LSU fans (possibly canning Miles etc) and let me tell you, it's been a great show that's only about to get better.

Excellent......

Excellent......

I definitely could have used

I definitely could have used this advice during the Minnesota game (it was the tipping point between my ex g/f and I when she showed little compassion after bothering me during the game when we almost lost, I believe it was at the point when Ruddock got put out and Minnesota had just scored.)

Such is life, and is the price I pay to BLEED BLUE and I wouldn't have it any other way. GO BLUE!

I tihnk it's a mixture of

I tihnk it's a mixture of both A and B.

It is pretty clear that Harbaugh's vision is to compete for a B1G championship every year and also be in contention  for a NC. (Job accomplished under his first season...) Obviously everyone wants to go undefeated, but he's a realist in that you have to eat your steak at home before you can try to grab the prized Cowboy Cut Ribeye.

It is also pretty clear that Harbaugh hates losing, period. Lastly, with the lifeblood of your team being recruits, I think he has already shown we are going to be competitive across the board and the days of not having elite talent to compete are over.

Our incoming offensive line is starting to resemble the road graters we have been missing. We also have a pretty good QB coming in according to the master QB whisperer. On top of it all, he's adding elite talent to our defense. So everything across the board is starting to look elite and going to have the Harbaugh seal of approval so therefore, we are ahead of schedule, and by the time his recruits mature a bit, there will be no settling for 9-3, 10-2 seasons. On top of all of this, his track record against "rivals" is extremely good. This man lives and breathes competition. I can gurantee that not a day goes by that Harbaugh doesn't have the MSU and OSU games in the back of his head and believe me, when OSU went for it on 4th down in the 4th quarter, Harbaugh will remember....

In his second year at Stanford, he took a healthy beating from USC, and the rest is history... Revenge is coming and it's going to be a mighty cold dish.

Nothing short of a champion

Nothing short of a champion of Michigan athletics. One of the few champions who can say he left the program in a much better shape than what he inherited (and that's an understatement). I salute the man who has brought joy to my Saturdays, especially for the foreseeable future.

Getting paid by the enemy

Getting paid by the enemy while supporting your own team seems like a windfall to me. Unless they force you to wear Sparty, I don't see the problem.

Uncle Rico would be proud to

Uncle Rico would be proud to wear that helmet. If one he had it that one time at state...

Yes, in the face!

Yes, in the face!

Everyone just relax and

Everyone just relax and remember Jim's time at Stanford year 2 against their rival USC.... USC 45- Stanford 23. Year 3, USC (#11) 23 - Stanford 55..... In Harbaugh I forever trust.

Tim was the only reason I Tim was the only reason I used the panthers in nfl blitz 64. Just to hear them say his name when he scored brings back memories, oh sweet 300+ memories.
If Hoke is Fred Flintstone

If Hoke is Fred Flintstone then Franklin has to be Barney Rubble.

Funny you should mention

Funny you should mention this. My ex girlfriend was texting me asking how my day was during the Indiana game right when Indiana scored in the 4th to go up 34 -27 with about 2 minutes and some change left and I texted her back "not good". She then quickly responds texting back asking what happened and I texted back saying Michigan probably lost. She responds "that sucks". She is now my ex.

For some reason I think it

For some reason I think it has to do with the ability of playing time. I feel like he has gotten a little scared of competition seeing how our recruiting class is shaping up. I would love to keep legacies at school, but in HARBAUGH I TRUST. If he ain't worried, I ain't worried.

I would have at least offered

I would have at least offered gold pants..

About 1:06 in watch for #81 (or 31? it's a bit blurry) on the left side..... pads are too heavy...  I think a lot of us can relate

Dear recruits at the game, we

Dear recruits at the game, we aren't done. Better enlist in the Harbaugh now or you will find yourself on the BYU side.

Was it just me or did anyone

Was it just me or did anyone else feel like the team based on the eye test and feeling that the team felt very much improved? Yes we lost, but I'm not really that upset about it based on what I saw. Maybe I'm the loner in this, but something just feels like everything is so close to clicking that we are in stored for a good if not great season?

Michigan 33, Utah 19.

Michigan 33, Utah 19. Michigan will win the defensive battle and rely on a heavy dose of run game to grind down Utah's defense that will let up in the middle of the 3rd.

Sham was a first cousin of Secretariat so the genetic makeup of those two horses must have been outstanding.

Except my Royals have

Except my Royals have something to say about the Tigers going undefeated. After years and years of mediocrity (not even mediocrity, more like brown bags), the Royals are primed to make another great run like they did last year. Sure we lost a lot of power, but our pitching is still nasty and we play great small ball. It's early, but KC fans are still excited from the carryover.

Great but...

Congrats to the cheer team on winning. Sadly cheerleading is not a sport in the eyes of the law (and most men).

I want to add onto that Roll

Let's be honest, regardless

Let's be honest, regardless of how the performance is this week, things will still be the same. Hoke will drop about 100 um's in press conferences and DB will still be nickle and diming us. The only change I see is at the end of the season because, dare I say it? Michigan is too scared for change even though everything points towards that change is needed.
