You should definitely try CBD. Compared to THC, it's a non-psychoactive cannabinoid so you don't really get the high effect or any of the paranoia, just a calm/relaxed feeling. You can get in gummies/chocolate/oil/flower...pretty much any form you want. I suffer from bad anxiety and I prefer taking it compared to a Xanax or something. I have the same problem falling asleep as you and it has done wonders for me in that department as well.
He is actually the guy I want to see returning kicks. Dude has speed and is built strong enough to handle the beating you take on returns. I also think having RB vision would help to see some of the return lanes.

Now I am currently dating a girl who got her masters at Notre Dame and is a fan, but not hard core. At least since ND is a good academic institution I can respect that. Also, it allows me to make jokes when shes giving me dome. I am very mature.
