Did you know he went to University of Chicago? He mentions every time someone mentions MSU's academics, dude is a total tool. He also tried to get a guy fired for making fun of MSU academics as well and then blocked me when I gave him too much shit.

You know, it would be easier to believe you if you didn't keep arguing about it.

You aren't listening, whether he drops out of school now or just waits to enter the draft and completes the semester he will still be in the same draft spot. Nobody is saying he shouldn't enter the upcoming draft, the question is just about finishing out the semester.

I thought it was a meniscus tear or something like that (6-8 weeks out)?

I run adblocker on Chrome and I haven't noticed them either.

It looked like Evans got benched at least once because he couldn't block for shit today (one real bad whiff that got Shea hit), but then he appeared to go out with a hamstring injury late in the game.

didn't your site scrub a thread containing some appallingly sexist comments by you and one of your writers recently or was that another Bucknuts? do you disclose that when discussing the Meyer situation? it's far more relevant.

Does anyone know how to embed the tweet directly? I would like to learn that skill on the new site.

08/31/2018 - 5:18pm Just think about what could…

Just think about what could be next year if everyone stayed, because the best dudes all have another year of eligibility if they choose not to go to the NFL at the end of the year (Gary, Bush, Hudson, Long, and Hill).

You just had to post this right before I was supposed to finish up at work, well I guess I have to work late today.

So do you just straight up steal all board posts here and repost them? You even stole the Devin Bush highlight reel that the guys dad posted here.

"Just assume everyone is awful." - this is a terrible thing to teach a child and I assume will turn them into a pretty socially inept person.

I wish I had that kind of power at my job if I got suspended.

08/20/2018 - 5:43pm Nobody would've predicted…

Nobody would've predicted Mayfield to turn into a heisman winner, but at the time Texas Tech had some damn good QB's (in their eyes) in front of him with Davis Webb and Patrick Mahomes, both in the NFL. I'd definitely take Mayfield over them in college, but it's not like they were worried at the time, hindsight and all that.

QB was far from their problem, that horrid defense was the issue.

This works for his recruiting class, but he will most likely be offered a scholarship this year if he really will be the starter. This is assuming they have space, but most teams end up with a few spots at the beginning of the season and fill up the 85 to the most deserving walk-ons (e.g. Jordan Kovacs and the Glasgows).

Seeing everyone's typical internet costs (around $50/month) has me wondering, would you pay $90 to $100 per month for Gigabit internet?

No, we need moar uncalled for outrage.

I actually really liked it, fuck me right?

01/26/2018 - 11:31am Moving

I’m moving from Seattle to Houston today, got a long drive ahead of me with a wife, 8 month old, and an Australian Shepherd.

11/09/2017 - 5:17am Nothing like passive

Nothing like passive aggressively putting him down for not being at Michigan, for all his faults this attack on him from alums has always been too far.

11/02/2017 - 12:36am Game 5

Did you watch game 5? If that's your take after watching that game then you just don't appreciate sports at their finest.

09/28/2017 - 12:00pm Not rare

I don't think it's rare at all to find decent and generous people, I think the stories just don't get told as often anymore. If you post this story people read it and get happy and move along to something quicker, but the juicy stories (e.g. Pitino) cause people to hang on longer and find additional stories to do more research.

09/26/2017 - 4:59pm Same

I just got blocked for asking him if he knew how to google.

"Y'all too old to know how to use the google? Is that why us normal people just can't understand how difficult your job is?"

Are you still "shit-faces"?

09/07/2017 - 11:05am He's from NJ though

I feel like he would have no reason to stay in MI.

Nothing like tossing out the old cliche PC defense when people call you out. Maybe make a first amendment defense while you're at it too.

09/01/2017 - 12:36am What's going on with the news

What's going on with the news that Verlander nixed the trade?

08/30/2017 - 1:52am It's happened before and I

It's happened before and I think in the past it was because of a bad hyperlink or embedded image that messed it up.

08/25/2017 - 2:17pm The Dutch and people

The Dutch and people intolerant of other people's cultures.

08/16/2017 - 1:56am Yep, not a popular opinion.

Most of us as adults with jobs and kids would not be able to take direct criticism without trying to change the mind of those that stated something negative. I'm more surprised the way he handled it as a upcoming junior in HS, he was probably curious as to see what others think he needs to do to get better so he can improve those areas.

07/31/2017 - 2:33pm Other way around

Other way around, Borges was friends with Harris's HS coach I believe.

07/30/2017 - 9:18pm It's not really an

It's not really an accomplishment to beat PBR and Miller.

07/17/2017 - 1:54pm The Next Robert Jordan

I have feeling that as long as he has enough notes, that the story will be finished by a guest writer. This happened with Robert Jordan and The Wheel of Time when Brandon Sanderson finished it up and actually helped with the series finishing in three books. I feel like if Jordan was still alive we would be waiting for like the 18th book by now.

07/11/2017 - 3:12pm Justin Fargas

Justin Fargas is always one that I'm bummed about as well Asiasi.

06/22/2017 - 5:40pm Was hoping for a good flame out.

After The Fugitive re-posted his flame out thread I was hoping you could go that direction too, such potential. Stop with all this being an adult stuff.

06/21/2017 - 3:27pm I don't think it can be done

I don't think it can be done in the OP, has to be a post. But you have to switch to plain text editor, paste the youtube embed code, and switch back to rich text editor.

06/21/2017 - 3:10pm Embed

06/20/2017 - 9:46pm Holy Mountain is great

You have some of the best Holy Mountain stuff, Hand of Glory is amazing, but their fruited Saisons are some of the best in the country. Reuben's has really been getting better with their new hazy stuff and the 3-way collaboration they did with Great Notion and Fort George is one of their best yet.

I'm pretty active on BTS and if you see me post a pic of my block M glass just speak up. I can always try to find some stuff to send out when I see it. Just had a kid so time is a little limited, but usually good with promoting the PNW stuff.

06/20/2017 - 5:57pm The best is always harder to get

All the breweries he listed are not  known for "hop-Bomb IPAs", they are brewing Hazy style juicy IPAs and some of the best dark and barrel-aged stouts come from the west coast as well. The thing with this list is it did say the best beer in the world, so we can critique their voting method which is flawed. If I am drinking the best beer in the world it is probably going to be much harder to find and more regional due to distribution laws and smaller breweries.

If you are going to ask what the best Bourbon is are you going to say anything that is readily available in all liquor stores or something like Pappy 23 that is almost impossible to find and costs  $1500+ for a bottle.

06/20/2017 - 5:51pm Lol

So few people will get this. I wonder how many beer traders are on here.

06/20/2017 - 5:49pm Agree

The big thing with this list is that its a vote tally, so easily acquired beer is going to dominate. I read through all the comments after I posted and just realized that the beer talk isn't going to be quite like some of the fb pages dedicated to chasing down all the new stuff. I always am open to getting people into new beer, but most just don't have the time like you said.

This is one of the few threads where people like you and I should really be able to talk about great beer though. You would be surprised what it would take to land some Monkish or Treehouse hops if you find a good trader. If you are looking for some much easier to obtain hazy styles though, just go to Beer Tasting Seattle (facebook) and people will be very open to grabbing crowlers of Skookum and Holy Mountain for you for your local stuff. Skookum for sure is fairly easy to get and holds up side by side with all the big boys.

06/20/2017 - 2:33pm Maybe 10 years ago.

You must not have had many new IPAs from around the country. Pliny along with Heady Topper were great at being pioneers of styles, but a lot of breweries have surpassed them. Go try to grab some Monkish, Treehouse, Trillium, or my favorites Holy Mountain and Skookum, then try a Pliny. It won't compare.

05/21/2017 - 11:08pm Wheel of Time

I'm always reading this, I've gone through the series multiple times. Some people will get bored because it's overly descriptive at times but I love it.

03/27/2017 - 1:57pm Mone?

What about Bryan Mone, can't forget about him.

03/17/2017 - 6:34pm So close

Only one away, quite a photo finish.

03/17/2017 - 6:32pm Huh?

I don't know what any of this means.
