Agreed with the posts about watching the drum-line at Revelli Hall and walking with the band to the stadium. We also like to walk through that parking lot and see the Veteran of the Game. There's a special tailgate tent for the Veteran.
Happy Friday, MGoBloggers! Accompanying my nephew to tour Eastern Michigan today. Then taking him to the Big House for the demolition of Illinois tomorrow. Go Blue!
Same. Walking through the parking lot pre-game, we like to swing by the Veteran of the Game tent and usually there is a younger veteran there as well, who escorts him onto the field. Always an honor to shake their hands.
Present and accounted for. At the Big House watching warm ups. Taco is dressed and practicing. Harbaugh is receiver for the QB's warming up. Beat PSU! Go Blue!
Timing is excellent! I was in need of an anniversary gift for the spouse! Great stuff on the site. Thanks for sharing the info about #EATING. You are amazing.
So we try to get into the stadium over an hour before kick off. We also love watching The Band take the field.
We stay until the end of every game, win or lose, waiting for the last player to leave. Watching the players jump up onto the wall by the student section after a win is always so great.
I saw Purple Rain in the theater in high school. It was life changing: we had never seen anything like it.
As someone else said, seeing him live was on the bucket list. Truly regretful now. It's great so many MGoBloggers did get to see him live. Thanks for sharing your memories today.
My brother saw him live in Minneapolis many years ago. After the show, he came on stage and told everyone to come to Paisley Park. My brother did and, sure enough, they let in everyone that they could and he just played for them there.

Nice. Great job Thomas!
I checked as well. Not easy keeping up on the website via phone for MGoBoard discussions.
Agreed. I’m liking this QB a lot. C’mon O-line.
I was born and raised in SD so I am a life-long Chargers fan. I am sad to see them go.
I am thinking of just going all-in for the Lions now. Cheering for them feels kind of like how cheering for the Chargers has felt.

Remember we are Chargers fans and tomorrow is Sunday. Let's enjoy a beat down for a change.

Go Blue! Have a great weekend everyone!
I enjoy learning the details and also enjoy the great writing: "... he's got a long hike over level ground to the end zone with very little nature."
My sister's in Minneapolis and listens at work. She told me about how Mary Lucia was relaying the news.
