I had forgotten Corpse Revivor #2! I enjoyed that one. I think that's how I eventually used the absinthe I had.
My general problem is with liquors is that if I store underneath the cabinet I forget I even have it. And I'm a little OCD with my bar space. Maybe time to think of keeping a bottle of absinthe underneath.
That's really odd. I didn't know they were having supply chain issues. I'm just a home bartender, so a bottle of chartreuse lasts a long time. Probably haven't bought one in a year.
Now I'm going to check tomorrow if my store has it.
** Just read the article about it.. Yikes! and Sorry
Since the home team should have the advantage , the away team can wait on the sideline while the home team enters the locker gets situated gets a orange slice.
We will have field workers rope off the away team so their sensibilities won't be violated.
Of course the away team can choose to not to wait around, and just do it normally like they have for 100 years. Ball's in your court Frames
Herbie was fine. His job is to maintain viewership. The only people watching that game were OSU fans. Plus, He's got to push Stroud Heisman. It's good for tv.
Thought he was funny openly mocking MSU fans for how empty the stadium was.
Danielson has been horrible for years. Every play /player is the greatest thing ever in the SEC.
I don't know. I was going to stop after last year. Some readers said they missed it after week 1, Colorado State. Yes, it's tough writing a 3rd PSU or MSU. I think if I actually research cocktails in the offseason I might have another year or two. But my time and the mods willigness to host these posts of widely diverging quality are always in question.
So listening to Bill Simmons podcast, Ishbia is a strong candidate in NBA circles to buy the Suns from Sarver. Mainly because he can write a check for 1.2 billion for the controlling share Sarver owns
It was just odd to hear a national voice talk about him.
We can laugh about Tucker's contract, but it's nothing for Ishbia especially in year 4 or 5.
Thanks for your help. Funny, I totally forgot I had the Michigan Umbrellas. Michigan puts their logos on everything. No idea where they came from.. pretty sure they were a stocking stuffer a decade ago. But something jarred a memory.
Ron Burgundy's Great Odin's Raven Blended Scotch. I've probably had the botttle for 5-6 years now. Some company had some great marketing.
It was some of the most vile stuff I've ever tasted. I refill it with my mixing Scotch, usually Dewars or Famous Grouse. It's worth the laugh when people look
Looks like Caskers still has it. Maybe find a empty on ebay.
Thanks for being the 1 person who enjoyed my drinking blogs.
I was never part of the writing staff proper, Brian and Seth just let me post out of kindness. It really started during COVID boredom.
Honestly, I lost interest in it. Rereading some, it turned into a feelings diary with a cocktail at the end. My goal was to knock some off this summer and when that didn't happen a very busy August with a 4 and 6 year old then starting school last week, it was put on the not necessary list.
Big time excuse train coming through there.
Maybe with the kids at school, I'll make one here and there. Honestly, I was surprised anyone noticed.
Yeah I'm wrong. I'm going to claim Mandela effect. But I'm just wrong.
Didn't think it was a rant, more of a holy shit Poole is good, I would have loved to see Iggy and Poole etc back in school another year
No fault of theirs.. They got the money they deserved. More of if I'm Beilein I understand why he left because after they left, I would have been frustrated.
Running through picks, then falling down, kicking out on jump shots, holding grabbing on offensive players driving. Guy was creating contact and falling down the whole game.
Davis flat out ran over Kourashour in the last minute with a closed fist punch/swipe of the ball to the mid section
It was borderline.. I think the refs thought, let's eject him. It won't matter and will get rid of the chippiness. It just motivated Baylor to do more
He definitely looked like he was retaliating with it and looked back. That being said they ignored two handed shoves in the back on Baylor. Those are intentional as well

That thing was always 100% trash, made up numbers. Its confounding Dinich made a career reporting on them

The original is Cognac. Rye was substituted in the late 1800's when Cognac became scarce.

One bottle might last a decade

That's a great point. I didn't know how to articulate that.
Completely agree. I gave up on the absinthe. Don't even have a bottle anymore
So if he runs outside the tackle box, he loses his protection.. However what is the tackle box defined as?
The normal tackle box
or the 25 yards most of the spread punt formations have between their tackles
Yes, because an NFL QB for 10+ years doesn't understand route combinations
Since Michigan went Jordan and back to Nike. Lots of things worn by coaches and players are only available in the athletic department.
Scour Ebay after season or if the Athletic department does a garage sale again.
I do like McDonough and Blackledge, however I was really hoping for Tessitore
He's the best college PBP guy going now and McElroy is fine.
Really annoyed this missed an edit
I'm pretty sure if it happens to snow in the Horseshoe in November, OSU will start moving The Game to Indianapolis
Dumaine de Canton is great for the fall/winter

Pray for Brian and UFR. Thank goodness it's a bye week.
Seth will be done by Sunday night
Don't worry .. Whatever the Big ten decides. It will be horrible, and it will screw Michigan
RCMB are the exceptions not other way around.

No on China, Yes on Luxardo. Not overly familiar with China, but just reading it's profile isn't a substitute

I'm not judging you. Use a bigger slice of orange. throw it on ice.. There breakfast cocktail
Twitter sleuthing. Says Mackey award winner 2022. will be Schnoomaker.
However, another says he was playing hurt and is getting surgery to preserve the red shirt
Which does not make sense for All
So good luck reading tea leaves
Eh.. mediocre effort from me this week. I missed my self imposed deadline. No worries. I wouldn't have thought anything of it. Not like we can tell
Always been an interest. Bartended at a Irish restaurant and bar in Augres. And then Chili's .. Nothing I made at either was very interesting.
Martinez doesn't have the Violette. This seems to be a mashup of the Aviation and Martinez.

Great for late fall winter drinks Gingerbread martini, Rice Pudding, Chocolate Cream pie,
Desert cocktails mainly. Or substitute for the milk in a White Rusisan
Thanks appreciate it. It was done for fun.
Henneand the Jets called me out. A Hawaii one, which will be easy, will be coming.
It was thinking I have to come up with a 3rd Nebraska, Rutgers, Maryland that made it daunting.
Expect something with pineapple juice this week, as a former bartender you know how much that ingredient sucks.

Yeah as a ticket collector. It sucks .. FYI if you kept your michigan tickets rom 96-99. You are sitting on a gold mine.
Actually I did, but the couple drinks and cold medication were not the best mix.
The first rule of Mgopoints...is
Nope.. he got drafted in the 1st round.. he got the money he deserved and worked his butt off to be this good.
More of man what could have been.. and a reason why Beilein really left

Yep shockingly the guy who does a weekly cocktail post, been drinking on a Thursday night.
time to go to bed..
Thought the title was pretty clear though. People should know what they were getting into.
Were people expecting Dickinson on a Thursday night at 11?
I think if Twill could guard a 2. Then fine.. But you're asking to guard trent frazier like objects.
I wouldnt feel comfortable with that.
Yes they know, Craig outed a hockey insider he uses once, they had to remind him.
I think Brian took offense to the holier than thou attitude that those in the Michigan community sometimes take.
Seth saying "this is how you care about an investigation" looks like . Is a part of that.
But Craig and Sam were in a awkward position there
The commercial break made me feel like I was watching my parents argue
I have a feeling that Diabate was on the bench was because he was leaving his perimeter man to double team the post or protect the rim.
Putting us in rotation and usually giving them an open 3

Fuck that team
He was flopping and playing dirty the whole damn game. Drew 10 fouls on ISU, all just hunting fouls.
Total POS
Feel sorry for the refs, probably don't know the player that well and walk into that game.
How much $$ to get Pump it up set to Muppets?
It was borderline.. I think the refs thought, let's eject him. It won't matter and will get rid of the chippiness. It just motivated Baylor to do more

They literally turned off fouls on baylor for 10 Minutes for their comeback. Every call went baylor's way even out of bounds.
They were pushing on defense rebounds on the ball. No calls.. I'm not even a UNC fan nor did I have them in my bracket.
I had Mayer and Thamba for 8 fouls each minimum. Thamba was two handed shoving Manek before the ejection, which he still deserved.
NCAA refs are horrible about reffing the score.
Edit. I'm wrong.. yep
Ill add Hockey Michigan Notre Dame - Big ten tourney semifinal -630 BTN
