Is that some of these players may be great in practice, we know the type and have them on the team now, although I will not name any names, but shit the bed when they actually get in games, and that is why they are ranked so low. In order to beat Ohio State, and other top programs, we need playmakers who make plays on the field, I just hope these guys are up to it.
Do you know if we are still in on Boss Tagaloa as a Center prospect ? Or if he attended any of the California camps ? I ask because he seems the only viable option for Center in this class, and there has been no info written on him for a while. He may make the difference on whether we take four or five O-Linemen in this cycle.
Don't add well. We have 14 commits, but can clear five more by not bringing back any fifth year guys to get to 19 spots, but we additionally need, and may get:
2 Wide Receivers
1 Tight End
2 O-Linemen maybe 3 if they can get a Center
1 DT
2 DE
2 LB
1 CB
1 Safety, and
We might sign a kicker too, which would add up to a class of 27 or 28 which means that 8 or 9 guys have to either leave with medicals or by other means to make it work, or we'll have to Grayshirt.
To pay someone millions of dollars to run your company into the ground, such as what the "Frat Boys" did to K-Mart, is both illogical and stupid, CEO"s should be paid, like athletes and entertainers, by preformance. If a CEO does a great job, like a certain former CEO at Ford, he should be paid like a lotto winner, but if he does a shit job, like the "Frat Boys", then that person should be paid like an average worker and have his/her ass booted out the door, like Brandon was here.
I'd still like to see an investigation into the bank accounts of some of these referees/umpires, just to see if the Bagmen have been visiting them too.
Kolesar did play one game with Gary Moeller as coach. The Hall of Fame Bowl game against Bama was coached by Mo because Bo was out with, I believe, but don't exactly remember, a heart problem, and once again, in the clutch, Kolesar made the game winning catch.
Kolesar is one of my all-time favorites, and I was going to bring him up if nobody else did. One thing that you did not mention though; is that winning catch against OSU in 88 was set up by his 60 yard kickoff return two plays earlier, and that he accounted for all of the 101 yards on that game winning drive.
People talk about players winning a game single-handedly, but he actually went out and did it, and against his biggest rival.
And like you wrote, he made big play after big play in the clutch to win big games for Michigan, we should have a John Kolesar tribute at the Big House some time to honor the contributions he made to the team.
If we take the Harbaugh approach by offering everybody in the top 100, and only going hard after the ones who show the most interest, when we win, we win big, when we lose, we lose and then take only players the staff thinks they can develop and who can help us, or bank scholarships, and pursue the next group.
When the state of Michigan, particularly Detroit. produced a great amount of talented Basketball players every year, but as the demographics have changed, the well of talent has dried up, and now Michigan has to go out of state to find great players, and that has been a tougher sell to get top flight recruits to come to Michigan.
Can anybody name the last great player to come out of Detroit, a certain future NBA star type player ?
Can anybody name the last great player to come out of Detroit that was over 6 foot 9 that was not a project ? Or even was a power player, like Robert Traylor, but was a little shorter ?
If USC underachieves and has another four loss season, then it is likely that Sark will be on the hot seat, especially if they lose to UCLA.
Every year USC gets all of these great recruiting classes, 4 and 5 star guys, but every year they underachieve and lose 4 or 5 games, this can only go on for so long before their program is back in a state of turmoil, and somebody gets fired, again.
There are eight teams, and perhaps four New Years games, two stand alone games a week later, and then the Championship game a week later, and we should soon be in it.
From May until November it is barely bearable down here due to the heat, and in Michigan it is barely bearable from November to May due to the cold, and that is why the snowbirds have it made, for they enjoy the best of both areas.
That we had a reshirt Senior, 5 star QB with playing experience, a returning, for the most part, O-Line, and a hot shot O- Coordinator from Alabama, and yet we looked like a team with a Freshman QB, a retooled O-Line, and Mortimer Snerd as the O-Coordinator.
Yes, coaching is very important in all sports, but even more so in College Football. It is, more often than not, the difference between winning and losing, after the last eight years, that should be apparent to even the most obtuse.
May have been that VT's Secondary, they always have great DB's, was able to cover well enough to limit OSU's passing game, and allow them to play with the extra man in the box, and shut down OSU's running game.
Barry Switzer used to do it all the time at Oklahoma, find fast athletic players that were RB's in high school, and make them into very good LB's, and it is still done today, in fact, I would not be surprised to see Shallman and Speight become TE's before their careers are over.
Did you hear anything about Isaiah Pryor's visit to the Spring Game with his parents ? Coming two weeks in a row like he did seemed to be a good sign, but I have not heard anything about the visit since. Can you shed some light ?
Who the hell is Tosh Lupoi ? And he also hired Lane Kiffin, so he must have a real scumbag coaching staff - Harbaugh uninvite them please. Everyone can come but them.
We just told the NCAA to go fuck themselves, and refused to comply, since college football is just a feeder system for the NFL maybe we could take down the entire NCAA system.

My peace is said.
Brandon had the common sense not to hire Ferentz as coach when old Mary Sue wanted him to.
Thank you both - timely and informative, as always.

The epitome of Littlebrotherhood.

To give them the cash handshake on campus where they won't have to worry about being seen by outsiders.
Call my cancer Ohio State - but I really don't want to insult the cancer.
Lost my Grandmother to cancer, she fought for ten years.
Tomorrow I go under the knife for the first of two cancer surgeries this Summer.
I'll be back on this blog, unless I get the ban hammer.
Fuck Cancer.

How's that.
I thought they hired him to wear the giraffe costume and shill people into the store from the street.

For the double post, my computer is shitting itself.
For Aaron Shea ? His block against Penn St. where he wiped out three guys was one of the best blocks I have ever seen.

That he reminded me a bit of Desond Howard.
The Acrimonious Caucasions.
Upvote you for that one.

The importance of a healthy Butt.
Citrus or Holiday at worst, maybe even Rose at best.
I would say that Fox and Drake Johnson would be most likely for medical redshirts.

Harbaugh.
That has MY TEAM playing for a championship in it.
You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means.
He didn't mention bagmen, and forced medical redshirts as well.
We'll just remind recruits of the old Charlie Daniels song "The Devil went down to Georgia"
If the Devil went down to Georgia, that makes Georgia Hell.
Why would anybody want to go to college and play football in Hell.
The Devil did not come up to Michigan.
That means that Michigan is not Hell, even though we have the town.
And that makes it a better place to go to college and play football.
We win.
Stone Mountain? It is pretty cool.
And how well our O-Line develops.
From May until November it is barely bearable down here due to the heat, and in Michigan it is barely bearable from November to May due to the cold, and that is why the snowbirds have it made, for they enjoy the best of both areas.
The asshole you mentioned was named William T Sherman.
You should turn off the Red Wings game, and watch the Tigers lest you jinx us all.
SEC grads does it take to change a flat tire?
Two
One to mix the drinks,
And the other to call DADDY.

My luggage password from 1-2-3-4-5.
Harbaugh with the first O-Lineman that misses his block, and allows a sack.
Young man, I hope you do well, but please tell those assholes to give back our M Club banner that they stole from us.
If he is a Broadcasting major, it makes all the sense in the World, if not, then he can enjoy all of the snow, in those long, cold Syracuse Winters.
Now let's kick some Buckeye ass.

Are just that, predictions based upon where analysts "think" a kid will go, they are not definitive, but are often just someone's best guess.
They are not like ping pong balls in a draft lottery, where percentages are absolute.
Came in as a RB, out of Belleville I believe, and he switched to LB and was a very good one who went on to play in the NFL at that position.
We just told the NCAA to go fuck themselves, and refused to comply, since college football is just a feeder system for the NFL maybe we could take down the entire NCAA system.
Fly ?
